Went to Columbus inn with another couple to celebrate both of our anniversary. A first time visit for all of us we highly enjoyed it. From drinks, appetizers and dinner everything was top notch.

Columbus Inn is consistently one of the best restaurants in the area. The food is consistently well prepared and thoughtfully curated. The bar area is noisy but fun. Late in the evening as it clears out is my favorite time to chill with friends over dessert and drinks.

Overall, in a word, disappointing. I remember Columbus Inn way back, great food, warm and cozy lighting, intimate, ambience was wonderful even when a full house. This Columbus Inn isn't it. The dining room is just a room with tables and bright lights. We sat in the corner booth, a big glass jug hanging over our table that was dusty and ugly....whatever. The deviled eggs had absolutely no flavor - what did you do, chef? The calamari at first was crispy, but after a few minutes...
