We shared our 54 th wedding anniversary at Columbus Inn and it was wonderful, as always. The food was delicious, the wait service was outstanding and while the ambiance was lovely the noise level was rather high. Full room, lists of people with animated conversations so it was loud! That did not dampen our evening but it did make us think about booking the patio next time we head there.

Unfortunately, the food was not their best this time. My filet was done perfectly. However, was well over salted. My salad was wet, completely over dressed, along with wet burrata. The marinated cherries were delightful with pistachios. Definitely no need for the burrata with the flavor profile for that particular salad. The focaccia was outstanding with the pesto. No one's meal - crab cakes, nor stuffed fish was a point of conversation. Coffee and desserts were divine. Maybe...

We started with a cocktail in the bar. Bartenders were friendly and helpful. The vibe was great. Then we moved on to our table in the main dining room. The decor and ambience were excellent, the service and food were top-notch -  just as we remembered it from previous visits.
