Country Maid Deli-Jack's

Ordered a large ham and cheese sub it had maybe 4 pieces of ham and 2 slices of cheese at the price I would have thought it would at least have a few more slices, had more roll than anything pathetic I grew up going to this store and never disappointed until now seem like this location is not the same anymore

Purchased two Italian Subs on Tuesday. They were fantastic. Received everything we asked for . All products were fresh. Highly recommend.

I went into Jack's to pick up something for lunch. I have never been in the store before, I didn't know how to order. There were four people working when i went in, not one of them said hello or looked up. Guess I will not be stopping in there ever again🤷‍♀️

Great local Kirkwood/marshalton convenience store

Just called to get prices per pound on certain lunch meats. She put the phone down n asked another female “do we have a price list for all lunch meats. This person wants to know all the prices “ the other female in background “oh god”. I literally hung up the phone. The disrespect was uncalled for because i was about to drop at least $100 or kore on lunch meat. Not no more i will pay someone else who has better customer service, even if i have to pay over. If there was an option for zero stars o would have chose that Unacceptable Behavior

I will never go here again. There was a piece of hair in my sandwich and the bread was hard where is the meat that I paid for?

worse experience ever said they close at 10 came in at 9 for a cold sub and was told they aren’t taking orders for subs anymore then asked an older lady are we still taking sub orders which she told her yes we are why wouldn’t we be. The other lady then shakes her head and breathes under her breath with an attitude. No point of being known for subs open untill 10 but no subs after 9 totally disgusted by the way i was treated for no reason after a long day in the hospital never going back. oh and not to mention as we where walking out she was slamming stuff down everywhere!! very very bad spirits and atmosphere in there

Half of our pick up order was made correctly. The other half was not... Ordered chicken cheese steak and they gave me steak cheese steak.... ordered a turkey and ham sandwich and they tried to give me turkey-ham and told me that they couldn't give 2 meats on a sandwich. The lady who checked me out wasn't very friendly or professional.

This Country Maid used to be great, we ordered there multiple times a month. Over the last year it has really gone down hill. Most of the staff shouldn't be in the business that deals with customers. Anytime I come in to pick up an order it's an inconvenience for them. Over the last month almost every order I get is wrong. Today my daughter ordered lunch and had them repeat her order back to her, I picked it up and took it to her as she is in the hospital. Her order was wrong, she called and spoke with the manager who had an attitude and said alls they can do is make a new one. When my daughter told her she's in the hospital and wouldn't be able to get it the manager said Oh Well and hung up on her.
The most unprofessional place, and we will no longer be giving them our business.

Old school deli with salads and sandwiches. They recently added hot sandwiches. Ice cream and small grocery selection.

Absolutely disgusting, how has the town not inspected and shut this place down yet, the ventilation is obviously broken as you could cut the smoke and grease in the air with a knife, walk into this place for 5 minutes and your cloths will stink of grease the rest of the day. The help is just as bad one stands at the lottery section talking the other answers phones and one slices meat and takes orders, you'll stand their 20 minutes trying to order something.

Used to be a great place but the food has gone way down hill. Everything I bought was spoiled apart from the subs which were full of chicken and turkey bones and fat. Pretty sad Jack would be pretty upset if he knew about the quality here. Y’all should be ashamed. At least check the food before you serve it. Lazy af!
