Bigger than you think inside. Very spacious with booth seating as well as bar seating! Nice cozy vibe here! Nice music playing! Food was good! Ordered the Crablegs and Headless Shrimp combo. Spice style was Boom. A combination of the three seasonings. Also did the spice level of Fire. Wasn’t as super spicy like I thought. Was good though. Wife ordered Lobster Tail Combination with Shrimp. She enjoyed hers. We also had Fried Catfish and an order of wings. Both good. Wings could have been done a little more though. Sheyquon was our server. He did a good job of looking after us.

The food was okay (it took forever and came COLD and the blue crabs were mushy) but the service is trash. I’m assuming there’s only one waitress cause no one came to our table to check on us or anything. I got one drink and another when I left because I saw my server again only after I hunted her down for my bill. Any utensils, napkins or anything I needed I had to go to the bar. I spent too much money to leave this dissatisfied. Will not be returning

Have to give kudos to Crafty Crab. I was impressed. The had a deal with a delivery app. I asked for a substitution not expecting it. Most places wouldn't do it. They did and the whole thing was favorable and a great price. Well cooked, especially for a delivery. That what i call customer focused. Thank you.

My first time to the establishment.
I enjoyed it. I’d go back for what I had except the coleslaw is on the sour side. I like mine sweet and tangy.

We've been going here for a while. The staff is hit or miss. The biggest complaint, recently, they've changed how much sauce goes in the bag. It's so much less. Very disappointing. The bathroom are cleaner, the staff is better than they used to be and the over all cleanliness has improved, but the lack of sauce is so sad.

I have been patronizing crafty crab since their opening. The food is usually good but yesterday I was anything but satisfied. I ordered 1 of the specials that includes crayfish with fire sauce. There was 4 crawfish and the sauce taste like chicken flavore noodles no SPICE at all. I also ordered soft shell crab. The crab literally fit in the palm of my hand for $12 nothing included.a single slice of bread would've left a better taste in my mouth literally. I'll be traveling back to Philadelphia for my seafood.

My daughter is 17 and they would not allow her in after 6pm due to not being 21. The website does not show anywhere that this is a 21+ restaurant after 6pm!! Very disappointed by this.
