This place have really gone down since the beginning of 2025. Spent $90 for cold dried food. It took 30mins for any waiters to come with menus. The plates looks like the food was made the day before, than microwaved to order. The chicken was dry (probably cause it was old). At that point I just paid to leave. Whoever the new management is, need sincere assistance. I will never patronize this restaurant in the future. It was not like that 2yrs ago.

As a business and restaurant owner myself I was so disappointed with this place!! My first time was not a good experience either the food, so we tried it again last night…1st I ordered a coke it came out flat and the young lady said sorry our soda machine has been acting up all day. Should not offer drinks if your fountain is damaged. I asked for water MY LORD i took two sips and it was drinking toilet water I said something she replies yes ppl have complained that it’s bad I’m like what the hell but ok… at this point I’m turned off completely. We asked for our meals. Everyone’s meals were HORRIBLE no flavor no sauce dry street tacos it was that bad. At this point we paid and aren’t going back there was literally two tables of 15 of us. No one will be back. You have to truly care about your business and what you serve your customers because I don’t like to leave reviews but this was just HORRIBLE

This was our first experience here at Del Pez! We were on our way to the theater for a show and decided to pop in! First off our server Erica was amazing! Very attentive, made wonderful recommendations, was mindful of our time and held a pleasant conversation! We will be back to see her for sure! The food was amazing as well came out hot, fresh and quick!

Stopped for lunch on the way home from Jersey shore. My wife was sold when she saw the pulpo tacos. We were a little confused by the menu, but got it explained. We both got 3 tacos, 2 pulpo and a Cancun shrimp. Since I had a couple hours driving coming up, I had a few chips with salsa, and a single pulpo taco. My wife did the same, both of us saving 2 for later. Since she was a passenger, she had a margarita, and enjoyed it. We're not close, or we'd be back. Maybe on our next trip to see our friends.

I have been dining at DelPez since it opened. Generally I have an excellent experience, the food is great, the staff is friendly and the the placr is immaculate. However, this past Sunday, my girlfriend and I went there for dinner. There was no hostest on duty, the general manager said someone would seat us momentarily. We waited almost 10 minutes while the staff casually chatted and ignored us. When we were finally seated they did not bring us silverware.

Beware of price galging. I went for happy hour and the food was great,but I didn't like the fact that i ordered a happy hour drinks and the price was double as advertised when you got the bill.
Great food, a laid back atmosphere, and genuinely nice servers make for an excellent experience. I sat at the bar and my server Meg was super nice and helped me with a good recommendation — the Carnitas Nachos

The Housekeeper
The atmosphere here was great. Upon arrival we were seated immediately. The server was super kind, attentive and helpful. She gave thoughtful recommendations of what to do in the city and was very friendly. The food was only mid sadly. The tacos were okay but just lacking some oomph. The tortilla soup had a kind of funny taste to me and there were still bay leaves inside. I know this because I halfway ate one. The rice was awesome! However, the drinks were slightly better. The drinks were pretty good- not bad but not the most outstanding. We got the skinny marg and ranch water. This next thing was a small thing but when we left the hostess at the front didn’t acknowledge or say thank you. Again small thing but I do feel like that is a main part of her job and there was no other guests around to distract her. All in all we enjoyed our visit but don’t need to go back again this trip.

We enter and the person in the front door said: we can’t have you now because you don’t have reservations, but they have all the restaurant with free tables 😂😂😂! She said we need to wait 35 min for a table that was available already, insane! So we went to the other Mexican restaurant 2 min away

Its a place trying to do too much. Maybe what we got wasn't their best. I saw the guacs others ordered and that looked really good. Outdoor seating was closed when we got there even though a party was out there already and still there when we left. So that was a bit disappointing. Service was good until we got our food. Then it took almost 20 minutes to get my bill and go.
