Terrible time trying to get my money out of the online poker. Half dozen calls and dozens of email later and now I get a link that does not work repeatedly and my login fails. Each time they want different docs to verify my ID before sending the money to a verified bank account! I would not put another dime in an account with DP!

A casino is a casino what you gonna do except for go with it and likely lose your money. Not only will you lose your money at the table you will lose your money purchasing drinks. It's rare to patronize a casino that doesn't offer free drinks if you're gambling?! The upside to this casino is that is very clean. The carpet was almost spotless, which is unusual. This was my first time there, so I was able to spend the virtual wheel and win money to play the slot machines. Of course I lost that and a few of my dollars as well. I'm not a big gambler so I know how to spend a minimum and stop. Would I return? Probably not!

Good variety of table games, low limits (I was there starting around 10 am on a Wednesday) and friendly dealers.

This spot is definitely a hidden gem and underrated. Came here Tuesday 4 pm for a break from work. Ordered the colossal size burger with fries for $12. I ordered American cheese but got Swiss? Still good, similar to a double Whopper but better beef & bun with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, & onions. I’m not a big fan of raw onions but they have made me a believer ??. The raw onions are awesome ?. Happy hour is 4-6 pm Monday- Friday. $2.25 for a 16 oz Coors lite on tap. ??. Ask for the take out and sit outside on a bench facing the race track. Best $14.25 I have ever spent in Delaware and a casino PERIOD! The sweet elderly cashier also brought the food to my table. Great service & attitude!

I will immediately start off by stating that this review has nothing to do with the gambling or wins / losses, but EVERYTHING to do with what I believe is an EVIDENT lack of gender diversity at the right decision making tables because within a virtually 24/7 round the clock casino there is not one single solitary feminine product dispensing machine (paid or unpaid) in a restroom in the entire building which includes the employee restrooms! How is this even possible in 2023? I literally asked every single housekeeping attendant who embarrassingly felt ashamed to tell me that they took the paying dispensers out a while ago after they were being broken into, then I proceeded to ask every other female employee I saw including dealers to which one was kind enough to say that on her break she would give me a tampon she keeps in her purse for emergencies ... to only have her realize that once it was break time and she got to her purse that she didn't have one with her (& she too felt so bad because she wanted to help, I then proceeded to do what I would consider to be PANHANDLING FOR TAMPONS OR PADS in the restroom by asking every single woman who walked in if she had one to spare since there were none in the entire casino, to which I discovered most of the female patrons didn't have products either as they were beyond the age of a monthly cycle (yet a couple of them brainstormed on how to literally use other means to get the protection - piling paper towels in my panties, using a COVID mask) then one woman recommended I check the gift shop because they said they believed they should carry them .... so I ran there and while the cashier believed they carried them upon searching for them they literally had none ... NONE! How does the one retailer in the casino NOT have them when the casino ripped the machines out of the female restrooms???! My last hope was security who immediately hopped into action (& he was a male) and he couldn't believe there were no products in the restrooms for purchase or for free so he called a supervisor and explained the situation, again, apologizing to me for the inconsideration of the casino, the female supervisor arrived promptly, again, apologizing on behalf of the inconsideration of the casino and provided me with her PERSONAL feminine napkin! How are there not even emergency supplies for patrons or employees in this place???? This casino knows you will be in it for HOURS at a time and sometimes without a way to drive to a CVS or Walgreens (if you are on a bus trip) and they will of course take as much money as you can give them, yet they don't have the decency to provide women with options to purchase or provide complimentary tampons or pads!!!!??!?!!!! Oh and let me not forget to mention that on top of this they then also have the nerve to have WHITE SEATS at table games for you to leave blood stains on should you not have a tampon or pad or just so happen to have an accident while gambling ... literally the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER when it doesn't have to be because it could be prevented by basic human decency and by having female representation in the room when decisions are being made!!!! Signed - an HR professional who SITS at the table to help ensure her company makes the right decisions for employees AND customers, and who also is a PLATINUM MGM Rewards player who was ready to give this casino a shot yet who will now never again step foot in this establishment again because they don't a single damn about trying to understand women!

AWFUL, the longest renovation in the history of casinos. Monday thru Wednesday only one place to eat. The second floor smells, I didn't know if its the old rug or the dirt. This casino has not been properly maintained over the years. The rest rooms are dirty and trash everywhere. I used to love going to Delaware Park even thought I had to travel out of my state to get there. This is not my first time being disappointed in Delaware Park, but I saw them going through renovations and I thought things would improve, they have not and now the areas that did get some attention seem abandoned, empty machine stands, cordoned off areas where nothing seems to be getting done. I believe this was my last trip to Delaware Park.

So much wasted potential here. Everything is dirty and full of cobwebs, dirt, and trash everywhere. They couldn't do some power washing and picking up trash before opening day?? Non-smoking facility that allows pipes and cigars. Gross. No wonder it's always empty! We would rather drive out of state to several other tracks than come here. On top of that, they took the convenient betting machines out of the grandstands. We also called and emailed the Terrace restaurant all week long with no answer or response. Seems like the new owners are even worse than the original. The casino must keep it afloat. Don't bother coming here! And no popcorn to be found anywhere either!! More missed $$$$. What a shame!! Imagine how much more money they casino would make if the rest of the facility wasn't such a disgrace.

I live close to DP and regularly patronized the casino. When they were bought out, it seemed like it was going to good. Physical change was needed; however, it has rapidly gone downhill. I'm a slot player and while the changes made are pretty, the machines have been wound tight. I see some winners but mostly high rollers. You have to play a lot to leave with 20.00...if you're lucky. The food has gone downhill, there aren't many live horse races and the atmosphere has lost it's excitement. People are more angry now than enjoying themselves. Now, I'm speaking about regular patrons. The fantasy might feel great when you don't visit often. I will not go back. There is no positive reason anymore. Good luck

Playing at Delaware Park Casino is a very slippery slope... The quote "The House Always Wins" is Strongly engrained in this Building..Watching others play and including myself no matter what the denominations being played no matter what time of the day it is or holidays or even the events they hold, thats quote for their avid players. You can hear the dissatisfaction and disappointment of people who come for a good time, excitement or entertainment it's mind blowing... Everyone knows it's gambling of course but the blatancy of it is like Delaware Park not trying to even "hide it". I myself play high denomination which presumably is supposed to give the player a increased chance of a good line hit or even a jackpot to happen, but not so...Now Delaware Park will try to even the average it out to gaming commission or whoever "The Books" have to be shown to by loosing the belt straps on their machines..When or if you decide to spend your money for entertainment or whatever it is,do yourself a favor a "scout" for awhile because the first week of the months is brutal and mid months is a little lax but end of months are a toss up..For some slight chance and I do mean chance of hitting a jackpot take it and "run" because management knows your back playing from your players rewards card...9/10 Delaware Park getting it back with interest...

With in the last 3 weeks I've visited Delaware Park slots and have had the worse time ever who drops 3000 and not one single win not even a bonus play..... Delaware Park has more sad faces than any casino I've ever visited since the new owner management..... Not a place of very much excitement.....

This place is incredible. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous, and the food is equally delicious. We were delighted to receive such a generous supply of food at such a reasonable cost.

READ IF YOU PLAY CRAPS Avoid this place. I just went here for the first time in a while and a man at the table got in an argument with a woman and started threatening to beat her up on her way to the car and they were both loudly yelling at each other about guns. The staff doesn't have control over the tables, it's very unpleasant. Make the drive to AC or live in Philly

Very nice casino! First time in person last night. I'm used to the casinos in Atlantic City esp online. I play online here too. My poker dealers Joe and Shawn were very nice and helpful. Very friendly drink girl came by. I highly recommend this casino.
