Terrible. Had heard very high praise for this one. Been going to the Riverfront for years but never quite made it to Docklands. Went for a special date night. Despite very heavy staffing, took 15 minutes to get seated with no line at the hostess stand / and the restaurant wasn’t very busy at all. Then waited another 10-15 minutes with no server ever coming over to say hi or bring water. Finally gave up and left. Despite being overstaffed, the staff just seemed to pace back and forth with no clear direction. Very disappointed in this one. Won’t be back.

On 12/20/25 I spontaneously stopped in with a friend to have dinner, it was a busy time, 6:30ish I have to say it seem to be only 2 servers but they were managing seating their own tables smiling and seem to enjoy what they do, my server happily introduced herself “hi I’m Jazz, I will be your server tonight” I asked for her favorites and she gave plenty of options, I love that cause it’s so hard for me to decide! I choose the fish tacos & to share we choose crab tots, pretzel bites, & fried pickles, my friend went with the sausage pizza. Creme brûlée cheesecake & chocolate lava cake were a perfect end to the evening!!! Our drinks were perfect, as well loved the Christmas names! All were great choices!
Biggest reason for my review is because in the service world people are fast to complain but not make the effort to praise!
A big thank you to Jazz & Docklands… Happy holidays & blessings to you all, you are appreciated!

Came in at 6:18pm and got our food around an hour after. Everything was underwhelming and no flavor or seasoning at all. We got a burger, chicken sandwich and a kids meal. Even though the kids meal said it came with a side we still got charged an extra $2 dollars for it.

Literally cannot rate anything besides experience. Stood at the hostess stand waiting to be seated (2 people in my party) for about 10 min. Finally we’re seated. We waited 10 more minutes at our table and NO ONE came over to us. No water, no greeting, nothing.

We had a reservation for 6:45pm and once we arrived on time, we waited up front for almost ten minutes without any one even acknowledging us. We left and will not be returning.

I recently hosted a birthday dinner at Docklands and overall the night went very well. Everyone enjoyed themselves, and the atmosphere made for a great celebration.
I especially want to shout out Abby for her amazing customer service. She was attentive, friendly, and very accommodating throughout the evening. Several guests noticed and commented on how great she was, and she truly helped make the night enjoyable.
The experience was positive, and I appreciate the staff for helping make this dinner a memorable night.

We attended a wedding where the bride and groom spent thousands of dollars on the venue, food, and drink packages, yet the service was shockingly poor.
Drink service was painfully slow, and the lack of communication was unacceptable. Because of how an order was worded, the server rang drinks in as separate charges and never informed us. We didn’t find out until around 50 drinks later, and only because a guest finally asked. Any competent server would have clarified this immediately at a hosted event instead of quietly charging guests behind the scenes.
Being told afterward that it was our fault for “wording it wrong” is ridiculous. Why would anyone intentionally skip a prepaid drink package that was already paid for? This was either negligence or intentional, and either way it’s inexcusable.
The food was also disappointing. For an event that cost thousands of dollars, the service and overall experience were nowhere near acceptable. I wish I had the server’s name. Absolutely would not recommend.

This was a perfect stop for food. The food was good and cooked just right. A nice variety of menu items to choose from. There's a nice bar area too. Prices were in line with what you would expect to pay. Very enjoyable evening.

I was visiting a friend this weekend and we attended the Wicked-themed drag brunch on Saturday. The queens were absolutely stunning funny, talented, and really committed to the theme!
That said, the experience didn’t match the nearly $30 ticket, which was just for “seating and experience” no food or drinks included. I paid extra for a “guaranteed seat,” but that just meant sitting at the bar instead of a table which wasn’t super clear online for the upcharge. The bartenders were completely swamped and it took 20–30 minutes just to get drinks. The food menu was limited and not great for anyone with dietary restrictions.
The queens did their best working around a tough layout (a long oval bar that made performing awkward). The venue itself is gorgeous, and the queens even went over time to keep the energy going so that was appreciated but otherwise the service and logistics def need a little more ironing out!

Food was trash. Our table and the floor was sticky. Server was great. They also included a 20% gratuity on our bill with a part of 5. One of the worst dining experiences of my entire life

Stopped by on Saturday — the food took a little while, but Mederia completely made up for it with her great service and friendly attitude.
