This place is amazing! I had an event here and Patty couldn’t have been more helpful! She was so organized and prepared, it made the whole party planning so easy for me. I think I’ll look into having all of my events here. Patty was amazing at communicating with me about every single detail, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I was just at a baptism and they actually ran out of food! The cake that the host purchased was never even served. I couldn’t believe that the event coordinator wasn’t even there supervising to make sure things went well. We couldn’t find a server. There was no coffee and we weren’t even offer a drink. I don’t know what happened to Dolckland‘s, but this is not the experience I expected. Very disappointed. Will not be returning.

I write this review to try and save others from the horrible experience I had with my Docklands events. Please do not book your event here; you will. be sorry. From the terrible service to dealing with their management after the fact. This establishment does not care about customer service or doing a good job. It is a greedy money grab. I cannot get this special day for my family, but I can let others know to stay away.
I have never felt more embarrassed and disappointed as a host of a party in my life. The brunch buffet ran out of food when some of my guests had not even had a single plate, and no replenishment was offered. Paying a price per person, not per food item, by the way, and being told that’s all the food we get for a BUFFET! Running out of BREAD, as an excuse to not offer more French Toast at a Brunch. Plus, ignoring and missing the included elements like coffee and fruit, which never found their way to my guests. Even after finally tracking down a server who were never in the room serving my guests, I was told they didn’t have enough mugs to offer coffee! Let alone any other beverage to my guests.
To add insult to injury, I set up a cake delivery for the event and confirmed everything with my event manager down to the time it was coming. I was never informed that the cake was even delivered, and then it was never brought out to my guests or the party. When in shock at the end of the event, I asked what had happened, the server proceeded to tell me, they thought they remembered someone mentioning a cake was delivered, but totally forgot!! To add to the lack of professionalism or service, my cake was brought out for me to take home, and the server commented on how pretty the cake was. The restaurant offered no compensation!
I hoped that management would show some care and remorse for the disaster of the event and the embarrassment caused to me and my family, but all they care about is money. They even dared to tell me I was supposed to manage the event, so nothing would be missed. The event I was paying for and it was my job to make sure their team did their job! Then proceeded to imply I was a liar because the servers did not agree there were any issues, and that was that. Please save yourself from regret and a waste of money and stay away from Docklands.

Me and my girls hangout place. Good drinks, good food, good ambiance. We love it here..
OMG! It didn't start out good...I wanted a cup of fresh coffee and the waitress said, no you don't! Our coffee is not good! Okay, so we ordered ice tea, lemonade and a drink from the bar. She arrived with our drinks in plastic cups. I said these drinks need to be in glasses. Our waitress said the glasses have been packed away in storage and no one remembers where they are. I said the plastic cups are unacceptable for eating inside! She then proceeded to tell us there is no soup today. I then asked her if the crab cakes were homemade? She replied the chef makes them here. She delivered our order and said oh by the way we don't have any cocktail sauce. My friend said, do you have mustard? The crabcakes were something you take out of a box. They were mushy and had a fish taste with no sign of any crab. Those plates were $20.00 each. The best looking option my friends had were French Fries! I had steamed veggies. Of course we will never return to Dockland! For a beautiful riverfront location the owners need to be more aware of their staff and inventory. This kind of crap can make you or break you! Hey owners if you don't care neither do we! We can go down the street and get better food and service! 4 ladies from Class of 71'

Eh, lacking so much, first the inside bar is seasonally inoperable but you are directed outside to a bar you don't want to sit at and there is a private event and the wonderfully attentive bar tenders ignore common folk not attending said private event because I guess their money is better than mine?

Very nice little spot tucked away. They serve pizza and other food. I have not tried much of the food yet. I live in smyrna, so it's a hike. They have a huge bar outside by the water. They have live music and a DJ. I will definitely be going back. They only gripe I have was the female bartender being rude to a friend of mine.... other than that, I like the place i definatly need to try the food and get some pictures
Parking: They have valet parking if you pull up to the front there. The valet guy was cool. There are a few parking lots behind the building just drive past the entrance and they are on the right...
