Stopped by Ada’s Gojjo and what a treat! The vibe is cozy and unpretentious, with fresh‑flavored Dominican and Ethiopian dishes side by side. Mofongo and injera‑lined platters are both stars—huge portions, authentic spices, and a welcoming owner who stops by to chat. Loved the empanadas and the lentil mix. There’s outdoor seating, easy parking, and BYOB if you want. A perfect casual spot when you’re craving something bold and comforting.
The food is always good here. Well, 8/10. I've had some not so great platters. I guess it depends on who's cooking. However, most of the time I enjoy my food. I ordered a side of beans which are 3 dollars. The portion was very small, and had a big potato chunk in it. It was more juice than beans. I literally dumped them into my platter and scooped them with a fork showing just how small of a portion i paid for. It was 2 fork full of beans. Not cool🤷🏿‍♀️...
I miss the old people that used to work here. Went to get home fries toast & a coffee this morning.. I was better off going some place else because the potatoes was still hard not cooked enough with no type flavor.. smh The old crew kept people coming back because of their excellent service in all areas. The crew in there now has no proof they just there to get a paycheck
