They don't deliver your order at all, then refuse to answer the phone or refund. Awful and terrible customer service.
I worked at this Dominos. I was instructed by my lawyer not to go public, but that lawyer and I have parted ways and I felt it was necessary to let the public know that while working here I was called a ni**er, a monkey by my manager. They accepted money from other employees to have me do their work not knowing what was happening I did it. This was the worst job experience of my life. I had a birthday party planned at Delaware Children’s Museum.
I placed the order a day in advance and nervous if they would forget out it but someone from Domino’s called me promptly to let me know the pizza was being taken care of now and would have prompt delivery. I really appreciated that. It took a lot of my worries away! Will definitely order from them again.
