They are terrible with walk in service!!! They would have you standing there for 5 mins looking at not taking your order!!! Yall have all these delivery drivers that don’t know how to do shit! Sad! Do better!! Hire ppl that care about customers service and getting ppl in and out!!! Not only catering to online orders

2nd time that I've ordered from this location and the 1st time EVERYTHING was wrong. I accidentally made an order at this location again today and haven't gotten my order and it's 2 hrs since it was placed. I have yet to see a positive review nor have I had a positive experience in any capacity with them. Don't see how this place is still running.

One star. I have never been this disappointed with a business before. I placed an online order with Domino’s on Market Street at 11:00 PM. By 12:00 AM, I called for an update after waiting far too long, only to be told my order was “just coming out of the oven.” I was also kept on hold for an unreasonably long time.
By 12:40 AM, I tried calling again—no one picked up. I let the phone ring for over 20 minutes and still nothing. At this point, it was 1:15 AM, the store was already presumably close, and I was left without the pizza I paid for. I live just 10 minutes away, so there is no excuse for this kind of delay or complete lack of customer service.
This was a total waste of money and ruined my night. I am beyond angry with the way this store handled everything. Absolutely unacceptable, and I will never order from this location again.
I plan to go to the store tomorrow and get my refund back along with the tip I left for the driver who never showed up.

They’ll take your money and then proceed to never deliver the food. Or if you wait long enough a drunk delivery driver will drop off your food with bites taken out of it. Don’t order from here

ROBBED US!!! Ordered food and it never showed up the it’s destination. Went to the store and the rep stated that we received our order without checking in with the drivers (we never received it!). The workers let the phone ring and don’t answer. This is the absolute worst experience from something as simple as ordering pizza. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I called at put in my order, it showed me the progress of my order, even tracked my order. Well my order NEVER arrived! Upon looking at the tracking it stated my order was delivered. Tried to contact the store for over an hour.. to no avail!!! I am then searched to give a survey and upon completing the survey I was offered something for my inconvenience ( a free medium pizza with 2 toppings)wasn’t able to retrieve it, so I never received it. Called again the following morning to explain what happened and I then was pretty much told that being as though I was paying in cash, I wasn’t inconvenienced so therefore I didn’t qualify for the free pizza and would I like to place an order? I was appalled!!!! I kindly said “ no thank you “ and I discontinued the call.
Will not be doing business with them ever again!!!

Thieves! Driver never left the store. No proof of delivery and pizza tracker froze on 1 minute away. So we had to spend another $50 on dinner elsewhere // UPDATE // manager finally agreed to the refund 20 days later but told my bank not to deposit it for another 8 days!!! This was a huge order and that amount put my bank card in arrears when she failed to respond in a timely manner costing me 4-$15 overdraft fees! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE AGAIN YOU WRECKED MY BANK ACCOUNT

Every time I order from this place the order is wrong but this was the last straw. I ordered delivery and the driver just called and said he dropped it off but it wasn’t here. I have 2 cameras on my porch and he never came and none of the houses near me had it either. Took over 20 minutes for someone at the store to answer the phone and I had them cancel it and refund me (let’s see if I actually get it). The driver then arrived a few minutes later mumbling some story about how he had three orders. Pizza box was crushed, pizza was dry and burnt, soda was warm and they gave me the wrong salad and salad dressing. Oh, and the salad was gross and steaming hot from sitting on top of the hot pizza. The whole meal went right in the trash!

Too slow to wait on customers. Too long to receive food. Question, should gloves be worn when digging your hands so deep into meat to make pizza? I'd really like to know.

If I could give zero stars I would. The delivery driver came and didn’t even have my food. Said he would return with my food. So waited for 30 minutes no sign of him. Called the store and was on hold for over 30 minutes which, fine it’s July 5 a Saturday so I know it’s busy. And the girl who answered the phone was rude and unhelpful. Still waiting for my food. Over 2 hours later from the time of order
They never answer the phone... Our food was messed up and ended up having to take a loss because they wouldn't pick up the line. Literally waited on hold for 57 minutes and no one came to the line... just the automated message.
