I will never use this or any other Dominos again. I ordered delivery. I followed on the tracker. It got to quality control and has stayed there for 40 minutes. I called.after endless advertising, I was told that I was 2rd in line. But after I was told that I was next in line, I was then told I was third in line again. After more advertisements I got to next in line. Then I was told I was 6th in line. I hung up. This is very poor customer service.

Half the time you can't even get this place to deliver to your location and the employers are ignorant and the pizza is greasy as hell

I wished I could give this place a negative 10 (but this site only takes 1’s or above) because this Domino’s location has the WORST service and food. I ordered two large pizzas two toppings on both (the first pizza with pepperoni and sausage and the second pizza had pepperoni and mushrooms) . On both pizzas were undercooked especially the crust and the toppings were cold like they just came out of the freezer. The mild wings were rubbery and tasted freezer burnt. When I tried to call back (it was around 6:00 PM) to speak to the manager about my order and no one answered the phone. I will never order from this location AGAIN ??? !!!

I order from here a lot out of convenience and it’s a hit or miss, this past time I got a large pizza and got it home, it wasn’t even cut all the way through the pizza was tearing half way down when you tried to pick it up.

If no stars was an option I’d choose that. They don’t answer the phones. They mark your order as complete when you haven’t received it. After 1.5 hours we ordered from another local pizza shop just for them to show up with our order cold. The order wasn’t correct either. We thought once was a fluke and tried another time. Same issue. Awful location. DO NOT ORDER HERE.

I advise anyone looking to order Domino's pizza do not order from this location. I ordered from this Domino's @ 1:15pm Sunday afternoon, by 2:30 pm i had not received my order and the tracker said " my order under quality review " for a half hour. I ended up driving to the store , i got there at 3:00 pm and my order is sitting on the shelf with several other deliveries. The manager claims they were waiting on the delivery driver to return. In my opinion they didn't have a driver. I asked for a full refund as my order was cold and clearly had been sitting for an hour, the manager never said a word about my refund, i waited for about 5 minutes and again asked for a refund. I was told that i could not get a refund for my $45.00 order as the other higher ups were not answering the phone, i then was told i could get a credit , after i asked for it but they could not print me a proof of credit, i was only able to take a picture with my phone of the computer screen shot.I will never order from this domino's or any others.

The spinach feta bread was not done it was completely dough inside the wing bbq sauce was disgusting im not sure if it was actually sauce the wings were super hard and not edible the pizza was just ok it could have stayed in the oven a little longer they definitely dont like giving you your change back

They NEVER pick up the phone... I've been on hold for over 27 minutes now... they don't bother picking up 30 min to an hour before closing. And if they do. The food will come cold.A disgrace to the company. How they managed to not get closed down by corporate is insane.
