This Dunkin’s donuts has horrible service and they are also unsanitary. I was denied a refund after I told the cashier my food has mold on it. This place is very unpleasant I would not recommend.

This location is refusing paying patrons the opportunity to utilize their restrooms while patronizing their establishment. People may have medical reasons and need to use the facilities immediately. This is illegal according to Delaware law. In Delaware, businesses, including restaurants, that have public restrooms for their employees must allow customers to use those restrooms during normal business hours. This is a legal requirement. Additionally, restaurants with 20 or more seats and that opened after 1977 must provide restrooms for customers. Restaurants are also required to make restrooms accessible to people with disabilities, as mandated by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). I will be calling the health department.

We used the drive through to grab a couple of iced lattes. They were delicious! As well as they have great customer service. Very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend this Dunkin

Stay away in the morning—a lot of panhandlers! Grab them before closing, and you can normally get a pretty cool latte! Photo was taken just before closing and yes it was good

I waited and waited for my iced coffee. The staff were friendly, but personal conversations were flowing. I wanted to hurry and go back to Philly. They had to make a fresh batch, so the wait was more than I wanted. Eventually, I got the coffee and an ear full. To home I went.
