The manager / middle eastern fella was incredibly short with me. I told him the 1 donut that I wanted. He put the wrong one in the bag. I asked for the one I wanted. Apparently the wrong sign was in front of the donut. We square that away and I pay. Dude just walked away from the register. I had to grab my own receipt and one of the other workers said thanks. Whoever is working 11/19 at 1pm should maybe find a new line of work. I'll never come back

This place is pathetic. Believe all the low rated reviews. This place will have you disappointed every time. I only go because it’s on my way to work but it not worth it. You’ll wait to order and wait even longer at the drive thru window before you can even pay. Orders are never right and customer service is horrible. If this place shuts down it would not be missed. I hope better management takes over.

I will no longer go to this Duncan, every time I do I go through the drive-thru and the heavyset Indian lady that works the drive-thru in the morning is very rude and unprofessional and with all the complaints they get on her I don't understand how she still has a job there. She definitely does not have the right attitude for dealing with the public! (The owner or manager) is very aware of how rude she is and does nothing about it whatsoever!

I only go hear bc it’s near my job and my order is never right at this one. When I order bagels I always get it toasted and half the time they don’t toasted it and barely puts any cream cheese on it. There is only enough cream cheese for half your bagel

I ordered a cold foam cold brew and a 10 piece munchkins through drive through. The wait time was long. When I received my order I had to ask them to put the cold foam since they never did and when they did put it on it was very thin layer. They also never mixed the flavor in my coffee. Over all, every time I get a coffee from here it doesn’t taste right because they either didn’t let the coffee steep long enough or they put too much ice when brewing it.
This Dunkin location on West Newport Pike has good food but some of the staff members have a bad understanding of the English language. Its just kind of hard to talk to certain employees handling giving out the food and drinks at the counter

ADVICE! You most have asking for receipt because they always charge more money! I went today i got a medium ice coffe and they charge me 6.24. I have to say its no the firts time happen me!

I sat in the drive though for about 3-5 mins waiting for a drink, the whole time I heard staff behind the window mocking me for the way I sounded over the speaker. It was a very rude, uncomfortable and unenjoyable experience.
