I have been to this location twice and I will not be returning. The 1st time I went I ordered a large coffee they gave me a medium. I went today and I ordered mini stuff bagels and they were burnt inside and outside. I also ordered a medium coffee and they didn't put any French vanilla swirl in it or any sugar in it. Mind you I placed the orders online so I could go through the drive through both times I went there. I promise I won't be going back.

I went in to pick my order up and my coffee was just sitting out with no top or ice while a an employee is working over it. The other employee picked up the cup and said oh I have to add ice. I don’t even wanna drink this coffee now because I don’t know how long it would sit in there without a top waiting for me to get to it.

You left home too early in the morning to get breakfast, but you're hungry, so where can you go for a quick bite to eat without having to wait too long, and without having to pay gratuities (I never put anything in that jar). Dunkin is the best at this.

I go here atleast 5 days out of the week with my pup and all of a sudden one employee try’s charging me for a pup cup which I have been getting for free for months .Now all of a sudden they are charging for pup cups in the morning time “ I was confused left went back yesterday got a free pup cup without even being ask to pay so I asked if I need to pay and they said it was free. Theeennnn I go this morning and I’m told that I have to pay because it’s policy but a policy only ONE employee all of a sudden enforces?? Yall need to do better.

Recently this Dunkin has been awesome. I'm not sure what's changed but the mood is happier, my food/drinks have been coming out perfect, and they're super quick! It wasn't always this fast and accurate, I feel like something has changed for the better. Love this Dunkin and will continue coming whenever I can😊🫶🏻

Not sure why I pulled up to the drive through with my food already out the window. The worker didn’t even look at me and slammed the window shut on me before I could even finish saying thank you. Come here often and never seen that type of treatment before. It was obviously done on purpose.
