Store closed it’s 7:15 hours Say not closed until 8 sat in drive through associate said nothing I drive up to window n associate hiding on side of register with headset and looked at me shaking his head.. do better!!! I also tried the door which is locked

This location seems to be under new management has gone downhill extremely long wait times and i use the mobile app not ready when i arrive usually have to wait an additional 5 to 10 minutes for a latte.

My recent experience at this location, which unfortunately did not meet the high standards I’ve come to expect from your brand. During my visit, I noticed that the cashier was particularly friendly and accommodating to other customers, which made my own experience feel even more disappointing. When it was my turn, I encountered a rather rude attitude that left me feeling unwelcome. It was disheartening to see such a stark contrast in customer service. I ordered some hash browns that were served cold, which was quite unappetizing. To add to my frustration, many of the items I wanted were out of stock, limiting my choices significantly. I appreciate the quality that Dunkin Donuts is known for, and I hope this feedback can help improve the experience for future customers.
