This location seems to be under new management has gone downhill extremely long wait times and i use the mobile app not ready when i arrive usually have to wait an additional 5 to 10 minutes for a latte.

My recent experience at this location, which unfortunately did not meet the high standards I’ve come to expect from your brand. During my visit, I noticed that the cashier was particularly friendly and accommodating to other customers, which made my own experience feel even more disappointing. When it was my turn, I encountered a rather rude attitude that left me feeling unwelcome. It was disheartening to see such a stark contrast in customer service. I ordered some hash browns that were served cold, which was quite unappetizing. To add to my frustration, many of the items I wanted were out of stock, limiting my choices significantly. I appreciate the quality that Dunkin Donuts is known for, and I hope this feedback can help improve the experience for future customers.

The only think I disliked was the fact that when I asked for an assorted dozen, I pick a couple that I didn't realize were in the non original dozen category. Cashier proceeds to put them in the box without warning and proceeds to tell me he has to charge me extra AFTER THE FACT.Let me know as I pointed them out that they were more expensive. Common sense.....??♂️??♂️
