I would looking for a fresh cup of coffee ☕ and this location was available so I took advantage of it. It's great in the middle of the afternoon to get a fresh cup of coffee... so this is a good place to go.

This location is pretty much a carry out coffee shop, and people are too quick to badmouth or judge the employees or service they receive in the 2-3 minutes spent inside the store not realizing how this could affect them. If you’re running late, it’s no one’s fault but yours. Additionally, someone here complained about the drive-thru service, when clearly this location does not have a drive-thru. So when checking the reviews for this store, you may be reading a review for another place. I’ve been going to this location (McKennans’s Church road) for 20+ years and would not go anywhere else despite there being 2 other ones that are closer (Pike Creek and Hockessin)

Seems dirty when I go in there, there was an Indian lady coughing and had a mask on trying to serve me my donuts, I immediately asked the other lady to get them in her stead, then they proceeded to give me attitude about it. Don't come to work if you're sick!

This location does not honor specials that are advertised online. Went there for Veterans Day and they said they don’t participate in that special. Everyone that worked there was very friendly and helpful. Donuts were average D&D donuts.

When business is slower, it's friendly and food/drinks are well prepared but when it's busy they don't stir drinks with swirl and food orders are frequently incorrect. When Alex is working Drive thru, drinks are well prepared so hats off to her.
