This location does not honor specials that are advertised online. Went there for Veterans Day and they said they don’t participate in that special. Everyone that worked there was very friendly and helpful. Donuts were average D&D donuts.

When business is slower, it's friendly and food/drinks are well prepared but when it's busy they don't stir drinks with swirl and food orders are frequently incorrect. When Alex is working Drive thru, drinks are well prepared so hats off to her.

The staff is always friendly, the lines are never too long and the food/drinks are always on point!

Friendly staff, fast service, food is always hot when you get it. (Some locations, it's actually still cold.) I would give 5 stars but there's always one or two little things wrong. It's always when you make an addition to something, ie. Sandwich but with extra meat, or a different cheese. Today was a tomato and pesto sandwich with the addition of bacon. No bacon on the sandwich, so I paid extra for nothing. I can't go back because I'm at work now and this sandwich was actually for my coworker. They're such a lovely location, I hope they pay more attention to add-ons for food.

I just left this establishment about 5mins ago. I didn’t appreciate the joke the two young ladies were making while I was picking up a doordash order. I walked in towards the “pick up” counter and one of the ladies greeted me to take my order but I told them who I was picking up for and she pointed to the order and started laughing. The other lady said something in her language and apparently it became a joke. Not all dunkins have orders sitting at the counter. Either it’s behind the counter or on a rack. This was my first time at this location I didn’t get the joke.

I experienced workplace discrimination at this Dunkin' Donuts location in 2021. I was fired on the spot by the manager as soon as I arrived on my second day of work for no reason. I did my job well on my first day and I did nothing wrong. When I asked why I was being fired, I was given no explanation. There is only one color of people that works at this Dunkin' Donuts, and the female manager makes very sure to keep it that way. When I first arrived on my first day of work, the female manager acted very rude and cold to me. She and the other employees only spoke in their native language on purpose in front of me, even though I knew they could speak English. They didn't talk to me during my whole work shift. This store is not inclusive or diverse at all. Corporate needs to fix this so that no one else experiences what me, as an African-American, experienced at this location of Dunkin'.
