They make fun of customers inside , I witnessed. The do not dispose foods at the end of the day. In the next day morning they use old food to sell . They do double toast to hide that fact . Go very early morning and ask for specific bagel , They double toast and give you old begals. I never seen such a worst Dunkin in my entire life. I wish the owner should be prisoned for this action.

I'd give a negative 10 rating if I could after the way I was treated today. I ordered what I ALWAYS order--a large ICED coffee with three sweet and low and two creamer at the drive through window. I usually see what I ordered on the screen at the drive though, but the young lady was slow and told me to drive around to the window before anything appeared on the screen. When I got to the window, she had a hot coffee sitting in front of her. I explained I had ordered an ICED coffee and she began arguing with me, saying I had ordered HOT coffee. I got terse at that point and told her I always order ICED coffee and that I do not drink hot coffee and would NOT have ordered the latter. She copped a MAJOR attitude, swiped (tapped) my credit card, did not say a word to me, closed the window, and took several minutes to bring me an ICED coffee, giggling with her co-worker the whole time it was being prepared. I am half afraid to drink it, thinking they may have spit in it or done something else to it. There was no usual label on the side of the cup. And she did not provide a receipt. She better not have charged me for both cold and hot drinks. I will check my credit card later and if there is an extra charge, I will call my credit card company to block payment altogether before I call the local consumer news reporter to lodge a complaint. This silly and rude little girl just lost my business at this Dunkin Donuts location going forward. The coffee is expensive. I refuse to be treated rudely while I am spending my money at your establishment. Next time I will stop at the Starbucks just a block away instead. If I had not been a hurry and on my way to visit a friend suffering from heart failure in the hospital, I would not have waited for the counter girl to get it right, would not have paid, and would have stopped elsewhere for a coffee on my way. Customer service no longer exists, especially at Dunkin Donuts.
Really bad attitude and customer service from the lady at the front window from a simple disrepancy in the order. I normally dont leave bad reveiws like this but I hope this doesnt become a trend here.

Parking lot is a disaster. You would think there should be codes to prevent a lot from being designed this tight. The Donut selection is half of what it used to be at the old location. I've also noticed the donuts having a stronger cheap oil taste. Too many strikes to ignore. Once my gift cards run out, I'm done with this place.
Parking: One of the worst parking lots in North Wilmington. The layout and traffic pattern often creates jams where no one can move. This happens at both entrances and the drive thru backs up into the parking area. It's a disaster and I dread driving here.

Order are supposed to be ready when we arrive as delivery drivers. OK to wait 5 mins but if I come from 15mins away it should be ready when I get there. Disrespectful to our business and our time..
