Constantly the worst service of any Dunkin I go to. I have lived near this location for 10 years and it’s consistently a mess with terrible service.

Solid location with nice staff. They consistently place pick-up orders behind the pickup shelf instead of on it. If they would place the food on the pickup shelf when it’s ready it would save a lot of time.

I ordered a coffee and a sandwich. The chunky girl making my sandwich was scratching her head in the middle of making my sandwich. I asked her to wash her hands and put new gloves on and remake my sandwich and she said she didn't do anything wrong so she wasn't going to remake it. I asked the person at the counter her name and asked for a full refund. Because Lori refused to wash her hands and put new gloves on I will never come back and I will tell everyone I know not to go to that one

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts on the planet? They have 10 workers but none of them making the orders. They always look like they’re confused and it takes forever even if you do a mobile pick up and wait 20 minutes to go there it’s still not ready.
Ordered vanilla frosted doughnuts with sprinkles which is my son's favorite and had them delivered through doordash as it was 14 degrees outside. The wrong doughnuts were order and when i called to inform store of mistake I was told I had to bring them back in order for them to make it right. Why would I order and pay for delivery if I could pick them up. The person on the phone was rude and hung up on me instead of doing right by me. Unacceptable. Will not be going back to this store.

Well the place is under construction so that’s why they got a low score for atmosphere plus it’s just not a Bright and Cherry place. It’s kind of always crowded. Poor lighting donuts looks stale… so that’s the vibe. Now, when I walked in, there was a man complaining about the way his coffee drink was made. He said it wasn’t made like they made it yesterday and it wasn’t made the way they typically make it. He said it was missing whip, cream, and caramel on top. She added the whip cream and caramel, but he still was irritated that she was trying to give him a different version. I told him not to let it ruin his day. But then when it came to my drink, which was the refresher mango refresher - she didn’t make my drink right either. So now it was my turn to be upset. To her credit, she did remake it three times until it was right. so I don’t understand what was going on but service was semi good. The actual drink wasn’t so great and the atmosphere is not great either.

Please avoid this he'll hole and go somewhere people still care. No one needs a donut thrown at them when it was deleted from the order after you've paid.
