Worst Dunkin’ Donuts on the planet? They have 10 workers but none of them making the orders. They always look like they’re confused and it takes forever even if you do a mobile pick up and wait 20 minutes to go there it’s still not ready.

Ordered vanilla frosted doughnuts with sprinkles which is my son's favorite and had them delivered through doordash as it was 14 degrees outside. The wrong doughnuts were order and when i called to inform store of mistake I was told I had to bring them back in order for them to make it right. Why would I order and pay for delivery if I could pick them up. The person on the phone was rude and hung up on me instead of doing right by me. Unacceptable. Will not be going back to this store.

Well the place is under construction so that’s why they got a low score for atmosphere plus it’s just not a Bright and Cherry place. It’s kind of always crowded. Poor lighting donuts looks stale… so that’s the vibe. Now, when I walked in, there was a man complaining about the way his coffee drink was made. He said it wasn’t made like they made it yesterday and it wasn’t made the way they typically make it. He said it was missing whip, cream, and caramel on top. She added the whip cream and caramel, but he still was irritated that she was trying to give him a different version. I told him not to let it ruin his day. But then when it came to my drink, which was the refresher mango refresher - she didn’t make my drink right either. So now it was my turn to be upset. To her credit, she did remake it three times until it was right. so I don’t understand what was going on but service was semi good. The actual drink wasn’t so great and the atmosphere is not great either.

Used to be 3 strikes and you're out. I've expanded that to ten straight strikes out of patience. Alas, this awful dump has reached ten straight botched orders. Please avoid this he'll hole and go somewhere people still care. No one needs a donut thrown at them when it was deleted from the order after you've paid.

Today March 3 at 10:40 in the morning I went to shop at this franchise a young African American boy was taking orders along with other African American girls I was in line when it was my turn I was ignored by these people 3 times and they attended to other customers who were after my shift, I am a Mexican and I felt discriminated against by them, then a nice white woman saw that I was ignored and she kindly attended to me, I think they should train their staff so that other Latin customers are not discriminated against For these people tomorrow I will go talk to the manager

I’m not gonna be messy but his hair has a look that can be put in a ponytail. He seems young just pretty much wants to be quick and not accurate. If i order glazed and old fashioned munkins does it make sense to give me glazed and chocolate because old fashioned wasn’t available or take your time and be smart about it n just give me all glazed is what i would do if one wasn’t available especially for online orders ..??♀️ and as I’m doing work in my office sipping coffee i basically choked on these lovely coffee beans so this is the second time this same man made my order n did whatever and now i need to check my coffee too get great

Unfortunately, the clerk seemed unable to do more than one thing at a time. I had to wait for the prior customer's food to finish cooking and served to him before she could even take my order.
