I do not know what happened to my Dunkin. I am a life long customer. But this morning I almost lost it with who is supposed to be the assistant manager at the store. This little girl needs to go. She literally told people that if they didn't want to wait then they could go to the Dunkin down the street. Im not driving 2 miles in the opposite direction of work when I live 30 seconds from this store. This morning they were understaffed and this chick said, I'll get your coffee later because she was supposed to be on break. Wait, stop the presses, ON BREAK. Lawd help me, I'm one of the customers that reaches 400 visits a year. Paula makes me custom gift baskets for Christmas every year. I buy the new tumblers every time a new one drops. Don't tell me nothing about your break, just give me my blasted coffee. Long story short my friends, this Dunkin is going down the tube fast. I get better service ar the McDonald's in Elsmere...guess I'll get my coffee from there until the Maryland Avenue Dunkin either gets rid of this chick or hires staff so she can take her break. Guess my family won't be getting gift baskets this year. Oh well.

Went to this place last week. I had to use the bathroom and while I was waiting just outside the door, a male employee exited. He clearly did not wash his hands as Heard no water running in the sink and had obviously take a crap. When I went to wash my hands, the hot water in the sink was ice cold, further proving he didn't wash his hands. When I exited the toilet, I saw him putting on latex gloves behind the counter, but I would NEVER eat or drink anything from this disgusting place. Pass the word on this place and shut them down. NASTY.

The one star is for the Caucasian lady who works here! Very sweet and patient considering her working environment! She was the only one who was calm and collected! Everyone else in there rude and screaming and couldn’t get their ish together! She deserves the star! I wished I could have hugged her! This Dunkin Donuts is at the intersection of SR-4 and Race Street. Problem is Race Street is a one way street with no sign to identify it as a one way street. The result is people leaving Dunkin Donuts turn left onto Race Street, going against the traffic coming off SR-4. It would help if Dunkin Donuts would remind their customers to only turn right on Race Street.

Visited this Dunkin on a Saturday and the restroom was foul. Came back on Monday and it was in worse condition. There’s a sticker on the window that says “OUR RESTROOMS ARE DEEP-CLEANED AND DISINFECTED AT LEAST EVERY 60 MINUTES.” That’s a straight up lie for this location. The toilet seat wasn’t even secured to the toilet and fell off immediately when touching it. Looks like they’re too lazy to put the toilet paper in the holder as well since both times it was not in the holder despite being a new roll. It looks like the bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. There was no soap on Saturday and no soap when I returned on Monday. I’ve been to music festival Porto-potties in better condition than this bathroom. Staff is friendly and the food fine but that bathroom is a health code violation for sure.
