I ordered a pumpkins spice latte Thursday morning and as I was drinking the whole thing . I get to the bottom of my drink and it’s a piece of plastic just sitting there . I immediately got sick and threw up . I contacted customer service they took my report and told me I would hear back from the store manager in 2 business days . I heard from him that Friday , he offered me a complementary drink and I said I wanted some donuts or a gift card for the big mess up they did . But no response since then . So now I’m about to take it to higher up personnel .

This is my most convenient Dunkin' and I've never had an issue here before. This morning I ordered two sandwiches and a wake up wrap through the app. I went inside and the employee was just bringing the bag to the front, and she handed it directly to me. I was in quite a rush to drive the 1 mi home because one of the sandwiches was for my younger daughter who needed to leave for work. When I got home I opened the bag to hand her a sandwich and realized I'd only been given one instead of the two I ordered, and which were on the receipt. So I turned around and drove back and told them what had happened, and also mentioned that now the wakeup wrap was going to be cold by the time it was eaten due to the extra trip. They made the sandwich. Then an employee told me he would examine the security camera later and see how many sandwiches the worker had put in the bag, whether it was one or two. One or TWO? This was clearly a warning that he was going to verify my story later.
Who on earth leaves the Dunkin', then drives a 2 mi round trip to return in an effort to steal a $4 sandwich? My reaction to the suggestion that I was a thief was exactly as most senior citizens (or people of any age) would react. He then tried to back off and claim the reason he would be looking at the camera would be to check on his employee who was new, but that really didn't make any sense because why would he tell me of his intentions? Why did he say one or TWO? I took my sandwich, and the same now cold and dried-up wake up wrap (there was no offer to make me a fresh one) and left. I will not be returning to this store. A mistake is made and there is no apology but instead an accusation of theft. I don't need that.

I just want to know: are the bathroom for whites only? I tried twice using they bathroom and both times he told me I can't use it, but in the passed 3 months I've seen customer handed the key to the bathroom. Please inform the public this a whites only

Great, fast service as usual. I swear they make an iced-coffee faster & faster everytime I order. The inside is quite unfortunate, as there's not much room to sit, eat, or work. Usually Dunkin' Donuts are larger and offer seating with many outlets but the location of this one doesn't really lend itself to being a place you should hang out at, if you get what I'm saying.

I ordered ahead and still had to wait 15 mins for my order, I ordered butter pecan coffee and banana bread, she gives me my coffee and and tells me they are out of butter pecan and gave me just coffee, I asked for French vanilla, they were out. Caramel, out then i remembered I ordered the bread and asked for it...Yep, they were out and she was letting me walk out without even telling me. WORSE Dunkin ever

This location has better coffee than 1900 Pennsylvania Ave 3 minutes away. They likely clean their machines better and calibrate regularly. Donuts were fresh and picked up by paper holder. Back of the house appears clean. Nice counter staff.

Restrooms out of order all the time! For the last few months they have been out of order. Sit down restaurants in Delaware are required to have a working restroom. Not only have you lost my business but I have reported you to corporate and will be contacting the board of health.
