The last time I went here, the employees' attitude was terrible, but this time, the person who was running drive through who serviced us, was extremely friendly.

Worse experience ever. Asked for a toasted croissant w/butter. I am sure they didn't toast this croissant & slapped butter on there. Wasn't melting in the croissant because it's not toasted @all. Then they give me another sandwich I didn't ask for. So..I go back and address the issue. They give me back the same cold croissant. Complain maple bacon says sandwich even though u asked for no egg or cheese and they have the maple bacon on the menu. Just bad experience. Won't be back

Today at noon I saw something that should never happen at a drive through. The lady working the drive thru passed food to a customer. The customer opened the bag, opened the sandwich and told the worker it was the wrong food. Rather than throw it away she put it on the rack and then gave it to the correct person who ordered it (they walked in soon after) Another big problem is one person making food, the drive in lady just standing there and the cashier not helping out. I was the only one inside and waited over 15 minutes for my simple order. I will not be going back to this one and I was a regular customer.

Great location. They always remember my order and notice they remember a lot of peoples orders. These people are definitely at the Brookhaven location are definitely good at their job

Parking: It is a small parking lot and the drive thru backs up to a large section of parking so that makes it difficult for people to utilize that section. Also drive thru is short so sometimes you have to wait on the avenue to even make it in

Never had issues until recently. The Spanish lady in the drive through can't speak English, over charged me, and gave me someone else's order. Not going back anymore!

Just ok. Nothing to write home about. Bathrooms were a little unpleasant, not dirty or anything per se... just not up to par. No donuts at all and staff were easily overheard complaining about not being trained. Almost as if we weren't even there or were invisible.

On 9/21 at 6am, I sat at this location for 2 hours doing work & the front cashier was attentive & polite to me & every other guest. Her attitude was very upbeat. And the other staff worked fast. Great service overall.
