Good evening Family. I arrived to purchase a medium, peppermint mocha hot chocolate without the whipped cream. It was so delicious!!! I wasn't sure that I would like it. I loved it!!! The associates were nice. I enjoyed my experience here. Have a good workout, be healthy, fit and Fabulous especially for people over 50 years of age. There were parking spaces available, and handicapped spaces as well.

Looks like they replaced the staff lately. The new folks are friendly. The owner seems to be a nice person. He gave pup cup to my dog without even buying anything at the store.

I rated this same Dunkin' about 7 years ago. This Dunkin' has improved so much since then, with a new drive through, faster and nicer staff, a better updated app, new food options, etc. I still bring my son here all the time, he gets his usual: sausage egg and cheese on an English Muffin, hash browns and sometimes a glazed donut. He tried loaded hash browns for the first time this last time we visited. He doesn't usually away from his original order because he doesn't like to try new things, but I think he finished the loaded hash browns in about 30 seconds and must have said how amazing they were probably 9 times after he finished them. 🤣😂. I think he likes those. I have since gotten a service dog since my last review and sometimes the person at the drive thru window will see Enzo and give him a small pup cup. However, our server at the drive thru this last time was amazing, I wish I would have gotten her name, but as we were waiting for our food she comes to the window with a legit real sized drink cup as his pup cup. She was so attentive, personable, sociable, and overall a wonderful human, which seems rarer these days. Needless to say, I left this Dunkin' with a very happy 13 year old and an extremely happy doggy. ♥️🤗

Terrible, corporate should look into this store and the so called managers or shift leader. I was in line behind a Karen who didn't like her drink, so instead of just remaking it the Spanish woman that I normally see just started berating what appeared to be a new employee, you don't do this in front of customers, not to mention it seemed like it was the kids first day or so. Won't be going back here, as a person who works in HR This was a disgrace and a failure of leadership.

Good go-to centralized Dunkin. Some of the employee's clearly had the look on their face of not wanting to be there so I knew the food/coffee would be mediocre that day - however the other times I've come here have been great.
