The remodel is nice, staff is sometimes nice, sometimes angry. One day a lady helped me with a smile and we chatted, today one yelled at me because she couldn't find the item listed on the screen. I'd suggest using the mobile app, but not a bad place.

This place was good a few years ago , ever since they re opened their staff is just all over the place can never get their orders right. This was the last time im ever gonna go . A cold bagel with cold cheese and bacon is what i got this time. Smh.

I used to go to this Dunkin all the time. It is the only one on my direct route to work, but after the last few times I’ve been there, I might drive further just to avoid this one. Three times I left there with a coffee instead of a hot tea that I ordered, other times I received the wrong muffin or donut. They just appear to have no work ethic. Many of the workers seem to be lazy and careless. Just today, I went in to pick up my order that should have ready before I got there. They told me it was almost ready. Mind you, I was the only one in there. I waited there for a few more minutes until I realized that it was ready but kept on the back of their counter instead of being given to me. They didn’t even tell me they finished it. It really is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to.

I use to work at this establishment and I only worked here for about 2 weeks lol let me tell you why. First off the training was terrible, they threw me right into the rush without basic training. Got mad because I wasn’t doing the right thing AND IT WAS MY FIRST AND SECOND DAY. Had a mental breakdown because nobody was helping me and I told the manager he literally told me “ I can’t do nothing about it , it’s just the job “ . How is it just a job when I barely had basic training ? Then the coworkers got mad when I started sticking up for myself when they got mad because I wasn’t doing anything. I was trained to do one thing ! And that one thing somebody was taking over it because I was going to slow ! One of the employees was rude and nasty ! And she was much older than me. I told the store manager how I felt and she didn’t fire me she just no longer put me on the schedule and never contacted me again. I literally was contacting her “ hey are you gonna put me on the schedule? “ and no response. And to top it off they still sent me my paystubs for my taxes LOL . I was jobless for a month ! Thanks a lot Dunkin’! Never work here it’s terrible!

Update is awful, food is not nearly as good as it used to be, and on top of all that, they close at 8pmUpdate: Sunday they close at 7, I put a mobile order in at 630 and showed up 5 minutes later. The door was locked and they shook their heads at me.
Dunkin is Reopen after remodel and it is Drive Thru too.

Made a detour to that location to get my regular breakfast only to find out that they didn’t have any hot chocolate available. However, the classic glazed donuts and sugar maple bacon sandwich croissant was excellent. Also something was a little annoying while waiting in line: you can hear the alarm panel announcing “front door open” every time someone open the door.

Usually the food/drinks are pretty good but sometimes the food is sloppy and thrown together. The cost of food is crazy right now and if families are going to spend money at Dunkin your order shouldn't look like it was thrown against a wall. This doesn't happen all the time but it does happen more often now.
