We visited Eclipse for the first time tonight, and we don't know why we waited so long to try them out! Justin was super friendly and helpful, and our server Clay (hope this is spelled right!) was attentive and gave us great suggestions. The food came out fast, was delicious, and the cocktails were unique and tasty too. We're so glad we chose to spend our Valentines Day here!

The cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home, the food was bursting with freshness, and the drinks were perfectly refreshing. We were greeted well and seated right away. At the time of our seating there were no other patrons next to us and we could hear each other's conversations, but by the time our food arrived the tables around us filled and we had a very hard time hearing. The food was ok but the prices were high for what you got. Our waitress was very pleasant and did an excellent job!

The kindness and welcoming with open arms I received even when I was not dining in just goes to show you the customer care in this fine establishment. Recommend to anyone to come here and dine in to this classy environment with nice music and a very wide variety of flavors on their menu. The drink menu as-well as the dessert menu really caught my eye. Andrew the Bartender when I was there was very kind and made sure I was taken care of and even offered me a water while I waited for my takeout order to be finished! True kindness will keep coming here as long as they keep up the customer service!

Went here in 2025 during lunch and got the lunch special deal where you can pick a main another item which seemed like the best value. Got the chicken sandwich with fries and crème brûlée. The crème brûlée was rich, thick, and the amount was very generous. The fries were good, crisp but still soft on the inside. The chicken sandwich was bland. The chicken patty was big and not seasoned enough itself and there wasn’t that much slaw. I did take the sandwich to go and they forgot the pickle so I don’t know if that would have fixed it.

I yesterday enjoyed a fantastic lunch at Eclipse Bistro with friends, and it was an absolute highlight! From the moment we sat down, the wonderful service shone through – our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel truly welcomed in the cozy, modern atmosphere.
The food was outstanding. We started with the amazing Sesame Crusted Tuna appetizer: perfectly seared, fresh ahi with a vibrant Fresno pepper coulis, pickled scallions, and a bright arugula-radish salad that popped with flavor. The Grilled Beef Skewers were a revelation – tender dry-aged NY strip paired with that addictive peppadew and blue cheese fondue, grilled to juicy perfection.
For mains, the salmon and shrimp salads were fresh, generous, and beautifully balanced: flaky grilled salmon and plump shrimp over crisp greens with thoughtful dressings and seasonal touches that made every bite refreshing yet satisfying.
Everything felt skillfully executed with high-quality ingredients. Eclipse Bistro nails elevated yet approachable New American cuisine. We’ll definitely be back soon – highly recommend for a delightful lunch with friends!

Our waitress was amazing and extremely accommodating when one of the guest was not enjoying the seasonal special. Some of the food is great and some is underwhelming, but the great service fills in where the food lacks.
What a pleasant experience. The food was spot on, the service despite the restaurant being full was excellent. Noise level allowed for a comfortable conversation- all in all this is a dining experience you should not miss.
