Staff can be good at times, food is just ok but the kitchen area where they make the egg sandwiches is dirty, trash on floor and staff very confused to what their job really is? I’ve been a long time customer and I truely believe that they need a deep cleaning and should retrain staff more regularly!

I am a food snob, so when I say the Everything Bagel is Chefs Kiss, believe it! I will be going back on Thursday. Last time I had a bagel this good was in Times Square years ago. Thank you so much for making my taste buds happy.

Got two bacon, egg, and cheese bagel sandwiches, a coffee, and a mocha and it was $30. I get it, everything is expensive now, but we were also asked for meat, egg, and cheese, and they automatically put two eggs on each without asking. Make sure to say one egg if that's what you want! They definitely charge for each one. Honestly there are better sandwiches out there if you are going to be spending $9 on them. I got the flavored coffee and it was lukewarm. The mocha was good at least.

Bagels were good once we came back and got the rest of the bagels they forgot to give us. How hard is it to fulfill the whole order? Then to not even apologize is crazy. Then get home the second time and the spread was 2+ months expired! Save your time and health and go elsewhere next time , thanks!

Fast service, I enjoyed the bagel sandwich, it was fresh and made the way I liked. Not a fan of the coffee, maybe I will try a latte next time. Wish they had one closer to me in New Castle, I would visit more often.

Went in for a dozen bagels box. Seemed like every bagel I asked for "was extra" and would cost more. Asked for butter and was told "that's extra and would cost more". Back to Manhattan Bagels for me.
