1st time ever eating @ Einstein Bros., all I can say is....WOW! We looked at the menu before leaving Nemours, and we're pleasantly surprised to find that they really do look just like advertised! After taking a bite, with steam rising from the bagel sandwich (Country Sausage Special...highly recommend) the flavors exploded in my mouth. It had 1 egg bacon, sausage, cheese, pepper schmear all piled high on a special sausage bagel. YUM. Sandwich was only $7.29 and only $3.99 more to make a meal!! which included a twice baked hash brown & coffee or o.j. , I asked for an iced coffee (expecting an upcharge?) Nope. No only was the service quick. The staff was super pleasant, very attentive.. all of them. Restaurant & bathroom were clean with some nice 80-90's music playing... Everyone should try this place!! We are hooked. Only problem is we live over 1hr away... Enjoy 😁

Cashiers were rude and didn't know the allergens in their ailo, then said it probably had milk because it contained mayo? Then turned her back while I was asking for the specific bagel, which they then proceeded to get wrong.

Some days I wake up thinking about Einstein's Nova Lox on their toasty everything bagel, with a nice schmear and sprinkled with capers. Nemours is a gorgeous space inside and out.

Ordered Vanilla White Mocha, and it was delicious. Also grabbed the pizza bagel, and it was delicious. They made it in 3 minutes and no wait at all. Clean environment and reasonable priced. Will definitely be back to tryther food. The employees were very happy and helpful. It's definitely a must try if you are in the hospital.

Bagels are supposed to be soft on the inside with a crunchy crust on the outside; Einstein Bros’ are almost the opposite. Overly soft exteriors create endless chewing with no satisfying “crunch”. Further, their cream cheese was soupy rather than firm. I will never buy their bagels again.

However, the cookies were rock hard and there was only one kind of non decaf coffee available when we came in which was quite disappointing. Nevertheless we shall return for those delightful bagels and twice baked hashbrowns 💚
