1st time ever eating @ Einstein Bros., all I can say is....WOW! We looked at the menu before leaving Nemours, and we're pleasantly surprised to find that they really do look just like advertised! After taking a bite, with steam rising from the bagel sandwich (Country Sausage Special...highly recommend) the flavors exploded in my mouth. It had 1 egg bacon, sausage, cheese, pepper schmear all piled high on a special sausage bagel. YUM. Sandwich was only $7.29 and only $3.99...

Some days I wake up thinking about Einstein's Nova Lox on their toasty everything bagel, with a nice schmear and sprinkled with capers. Nemours is a gorgeous space inside and out.
