I was rushed through the service line. However, others were permitted to take their time with making choices. Once I made a point of it, I was then treated as others' wants and needs superseded my owns. Overall, this was not a comfortable eating/take out environment.

This was my 5th time visiting and I've never had a bad experience until yesterday. I ordered two burritos. The food did not taste fresh at all!! The mushrooms had a funny taste. The corn and black beans tasted stale. I always tip when I check out because the people there are always so sweet. Yesterday there were people serving that I had never seen serve before (usually a nice young lady is there). The woman was rushing me and giving bad looks because I was trying to take my time deciding what ingredients to add. There was no one else there in the entire restaurant so it's not like she had to rush me to take care of other people waiting in line. Even though my other experiences have been good, I don't know if those other young ladies aren't there anymore, but the bad service and the bad tasting food makes me no longer recommend my clients there again! And I won't be back because I don't want to eat food from someone that makes it with a bad attitude.

I had jury duty and this is short walk from the course house and it was my favorite part about jury duty. I hate to compare it to chipotle but it’s like what chipotle should be with fresh and better ingredients and fantastic service. They have the cane sugar fountain sodas which was an added plus! I ordered a burrito bowl and it was huge! They did not skip on meat or anything I asked for. The manga salsa was fantastic! This is definitely worth stopping by. If I lived in the area, this would be a regular spot for me.

I had to give this place 2 stars. If you like chipotle or Cava and then you come here. It's a disappointment. The food is very bland. NOT much flavor in the rice, chicken or the black beans I ordered. This was my first visit, but wanted to share my experience for my $16.00 bowl (which is expensive)

Whether at the downtown location or trolley square in Wilmington, always fresh food, and great staff. I always stick with the chicken & rice bowl which is healthy, but a good cheat of flavor at the same time. Try adding the chorizo, great flavor. The watermelon soda is awesome to go with any food choice.

First time trying this place. Walked in and was greeted so nice. Menu was explained and options were provided. Great size portions and I had the chicken bowl with strawberry lemonade drink.
