El Diablo is a gem of a burrito spot. It is always fresh and high quality. This location in particular has never let me down in portion sizes or quality of service.

came into El Diablo Burritos later in the afternoon expecting a quick, decent bite—but instead, I experienced some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. The second I walked in, I was greeted not with a smile or even basic acknowledgment, but with a dirty look from the three staff members who looked around 30-40 years old behind the counter. I brushed it off and continued to order politely, saying “please” and “thank you,” but was met with a blank stare and an eye roll in return. There was no attempt to be welcoming or professional—just clear annoyance, as if my presence was a burden. At no point did anyone speak with kindness or make an effort to fix their attitude. I left the restaurant feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. This level of rudeness is unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing job. I cannot imagine the nerve of these older women because at this age you should know basic respect this encounter was extremely immature and something I would expect for my 10 year-old nephew. I won’t be returning, and I would not recommend this location to anyone who values even the most basic level of respect.

Portions depend on who is making the bowl. The past two times I've been in the salads have been a joke. This is not a 16$ salad. Barely any greens at all.
The two burritos I got were also way smaller than they should be.
Not worth it.

Rice bowl skimps on the protein, 1 scoop of shredded chicken is pathetic. Bowl is mostly loaded with a lot of rice, a lot of Guac, and a lot of sauces. Not worth it for $15 dollars. More concerned with watch their margins then providing a balanced meal.

The food here is very bland. You’d be better off going to chipotle or qdoba

So I love El Diablo, but this location can not cook. Bruh! The pinto beans overcooked, rice under cooked, chicken not seasoned, big chunks of jalapeños in spicy ingredients, and they forgot my quac even tho it was written on the box. I didn’t even finish it. If you want good El Diablo, and are use to seasoned food… go to Wilmington!
