Update-9/30/25: Today, I have received a refund and a response from customer service. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - On 9/13/25, I placed an order directly through their own website using a BOGO deal. They failed to honor it. When I called, I was told to contact DoorDash, even though the order was not placed through DoorDash. DoorDash then tried to coordinate a redelivery, but the restaurant said they weren’t able to do it (more like they didn’t know how). I was promised a refund, but weeks later, I’ve received nothing.
I also contacted customer service online the same day and never heard back. Clearly, this restaurant is overwhelmed with in-person diners and doesn’t know how to manage online orders.
DO NOT order online from this location. They’re too overwhelmed with their in-person diners and could care less about their online diners, and forget about it completely if you ordered for delivery.
