Update-9/30/25: Today, I have received a refund and a response from customer service. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - On 9/13/25, I placed an order directly through their own website using a BOGO deal. They failed to honor it. When I called, I was told to contact DoorDash, even though the order was not placed through DoorDash. DoorDash then tried to coordinate a redelivery, but the restaurant said they weren’t able to do it (more like they didn’t know how). I was promised a refund, but weeks later, I’ve received nothing.
I also contacted customer service online the same day and never heard back. Clearly, this restaurant is overwhelmed with in-person diners and doesn’t know how to manage online orders.
DO NOT order online from this location. They’re too overwhelmed with their in-person diners and could care less about their online diners, and forget about it completely if you ordered for delivery.

The food was delicious and our waiter was good. But, people bringing the food to the table were a little abrupt and rude: also, they did not know which dish went where.
Our server was attentive despite being very busy. Food was as expected and the coffee was pretty good today. Thanks will come again!

Food was excellent the Million dollar bacon was so sweet n spicy!! Excellent honey chipotle chicken hash also! Me and my friend had oatmeal and a muffin and the fruit was so fresh, oatmeal just made fresh coffee!! Just really excellent experience. I do recommend this location over Concord Pike as they have ALOT to learn!! Thanks Stacy for great service

Worse first watch ever!!!!!! I didn’t have time to dine in so I order a morning mediation with no ice. The host told me she can’t give me in a regular cup (I usually get from other first watch). It can only be in a small cup because I order it with no ice. It is the company policy also she stated that it isn’t fair to the company when she gives me the regular cup. I also get charge for packaging supplies which was never done from any first watch I’ve been to. This is one and done location for me.
