Burgers were tasty problem was we were 7 minutes from home and when we got there the bread was soggy and nasty the burger tasted great and they were double cheeseburgers they were good but you have to eat it in the store aluminum paper wrap that used to ship destroys the burgers just like Styrofoam screws up french fries

The new cup holders are useless. I paid $40 for a small burger, hot dog and fries, 2 drinks. They couldn’t spare an actual cup carrier? The manager should be fired. I’m done with this place.

Because this is the closest five guys to my house, this is the one I typically visit however, the customer service here does not exist at all the workers do not even speak to the customers. They just stare at you in your face until you order your food not a Hi how are you? Or a hi how can I help you? They don’t say thank you nothing!! Even when your food is ready, they just hold up your bags and look at you. They don’t even call out your number!!! And the first few times I thought it was just that specific employee but now that I’ve experienced other employees I realize it’s Every employee at this location. this is how they train their employees to be rude to customers to not speak to customers to not acknowledge customers?? I mean, the food is always delicious. There’s never a complaint on the quality or the taste of the food. However, I am going to just drive a little bit Further to a different five guys so I don’t feel like I’m bothering them by coming in there and ordering food
I ordered delivery. I received the wrong sandwich and did not receive my milkshake. This is the second time this location failed to deliver an order properly. I will not be ordering again.
