Burgers were tasty problem was we were 7 minutes from home and when we got there the bread was soggy and nasty the burger tasted great and they were double cheeseburgers they were good but you have to eat it in the store aluminum paper wrap that used to ship destroys the burgers just like Styrofoam screws up french fries
Because this is the closest five guys to my house, this is the one I typically visit however, the customer service here does not exist at all the workers do not even speak to the customers. They just stare at you in your face until you order your food not a Hi how are you? Or a hi how can I help you? They don’t say thank you nothing!! Even when your food is ready, they just hold up your bags and look at you. They don’t even call out your number!!! And the first few times...
