Vice President of the company is racist and thinks it’s okay to leave racist comments on public media regarding black people being the usual suspects. Recommend any other frozen yogurt place but this one especially if you are POC

The owner of this establishment is one of the rudest, most miserable human beings I have ever encountered. I feel awful for the teenage employees who have to be in his presence. He ridiculed my friend and I and made us feel extremely uncomfortable through our entire experience there. It’s clear he’s an extremely insecure, shallow individual who likes to make teenage girls feel bad about themselves. He was barking orders at employees and acting so strange to the point where my friend and I felt weird being in the establishment around him. After reading the other reviews, it’s clear this is a reoccurring problem. The little man running the store is miserable. I will never go back.

Found our new place for refreshing sorbet, ice cream, and frozen yogurt! All sorts of flavors from traditional to tropical which you can have on their own or combined, and a ton of toppings - you choose! A little something for everyone including your doggie! 🐕 Great customer service and a clean environment with plenty of seating. Located in the Pike Creek plaza with lots of available parking. Will be back!

The place is clean and staff are polite . My only concern is watching the idiots lick their fingers and going from machine to machine pretending as “tasting the flavors “ when they are actually taking loads of ice cream for free and contaminating everything. Maybe better signage and perhaps a shout from the staff now again to stop people touching the dispensing nozzles on machine or even part of the “welcome to Frazzberry speech”. Like “we supply you the spoons to taste some of the flavors but please do not touch the dispensers with your hands “ .

Nice place

I went to the store this afternoon and was not satisfied with my experience.
1. I was overcharged for my cup of frozen yogurt. My cup weighed 7.35 oz, but the gentleman (around 40–50 years old, wearing a cap) told me it was $9.16. According to the menu, the price is $8 for 8 oz. To be fair, I highly recommend posting the pricing clearly for public view. That way, I would have known I was being overcharged at the time and could have requested a refund.
2. The gentleman spoke very rudely and showed no sense of customer service.

Updated 5/1/25:

Attached is a picture of my cup for the public to review—especially in light of your claim that it weighed 11.60 oz. As shown, it’s about 3/5 full (a small cup) with some topping. I actually saw the weight on the scale myself: 7.35 oz, which surprised me due to the price increase. This is roughly the amount I usually get, and it used to cost around $6–$7.

Honesty is key when doing business. As I’ve previously suggested, I highly recommend posting a clear and visible sign with the price ($0.79/oz) to ensure fairness for customers—instead of having numerous signs about the minimum charge for credit cards.

Plenty of flavors, great employees who actually know your name. I feel like I’m at home.

Minimum charge for cards/tap, typed signs hanging everywhere you turn with rules and policies that it’s overwhelming. Too many restrictions and make it very difficult to just come and enjoy a frozen yogurt. Staff was nice and forgiving, sounds like they get lots of practice doing it

I had such a great time with this place, especially Tucker and Emma who were very productive and on top of everything. They were so kind and helpful for getting my ice-cream. 10/10

The most healthiest, but mind blowing acai I have ever had. I got the dragon fruit bowl without blueberries and added the chocolate covered pretzels.

It's a really great frozen yogurt place that is nearby since there really isn't any other frozen yogurt place nearby, so I always go here and I love it since I loved the competitor Sweet Frog a lot and it's very similar to it. I love the flavors that also change overtime throughout the year like the Pumpkin Pie and Cookie Monster flavors. I also like that they have Milkshakes, Cakes, Smoothies, etc. The toppings are really great with a lot of variety. Overall it's an awesome place to be in.

Back when we lived in Hockessin, we would come here regularly. However, we just paid over $27 for TWO PEOPLE; basically a quart of frozen yogurt!! The place has really gone downhill... Ridiculous and not worth it at all.

They are clearly bilking everyone because they are the only fro-yo shop in the area. They don't have specific nutrient information on each flavor. They just give you a range of numbers even though restaurants are REQUIRED to have complete nutrition information on hand. I will be contacting the Dept. of Health about it.

Next time, we'll either go to Woodside Creamery or buy a whole GALLON from Acme for $5. Totally killed our date night...

UPDATE
And now, the owner has replied to say that we should be THANKFUL that we just got ripped off because there was "an error ringing up [my] order" like some kind of Jedi mind trick attempt. I wonder how many other times there are "an error ringing up" orders??? I take it personally that you charge $30 for two pint sized frozen yogurts.

As a local guide on Google Maps, I haven't seen many owners reply with complete indifference to negative feedback and no interest to address the situation.

The time you have been in the area is irrelevant. We have been in the area a long time also. And, yes, I remember when you opened. We lived within minutes from the store. And, we used to eat there often. So, YOU should just say "Thank you" because WE helped you build your business. Learn some humility and Know Your Customer.

As it happens, we are still in the area 3-4 times each week and we were looking forward to coming to your store again for frozen yogurt while our children engaged in their sports activities. Now, you just lost all that business.

For everyone else: Woodside is less expensive, Rita's is less expensive, Bruster's, Freddy's all less expensive . Apparently, the owner is too busy arguing with customers to do some market research in terms of what his competitors are charging.

He is also so ignorant when it comes to attention to detail that he can't even get my name right. It's "Daniel," not "Dan".

Do yourself a favor, avoid this place at all costs.
