I'm not always a fan of frozen yogurt and normally prefer soft serve but this place has really good frozen yogurt and Dole Whip! They even have dividers so you can make your own sampler within your cup. And the owner was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely come again!

My family has been visiting Frazzberry since they opened (many, many years) and as recently as this past weekend. We’ve always had a great experience. The owners are kind and friendly and they often support the community with “take-over” style fundraisers, hosting Girl Scout troops, etc. It is a great locally-owned business with fantastic frozen yogurt and fun toppings. A favorite for my family!

The young man helped me pick out my flavors and toppings, and answered every question I had. The staff is so friendly and helpful and goes above and beyond. Glad to say I will be coming back and telling my family to visit!

I came in on Sunday the 3rd, and the yogurt was delicious, however my experience was ruined by the older male worker yelling at the two young girls. It was extremely busy and they seemed to be working so hard, but we could hear him cursing and yelling at them for some reason. They were so kind to me and were great employees, very helpful! Then I tried to tip them on my credit card and was not able to! Fix this!

product is good, staff is kind and helpful, but had an awkward experience. older man (assuming the owner/manager) came out of the office and belittled one of the younger employees in front of us for a small mistake over the new sampling policy. very condescending and made the experience awkward for both us the consumers and the staff. not the way to treat your employees, especially in front of customers.
Owner was very disrespectful and rude for no reason! Must’ve been having a bad day or is just angry at the world lol who knows ?

The yogurt was good. I had a problem with the owner being rude today by saying “do not eat the yogurt by the machine.” The issue is he was very rude to my disabled father. I advised him he has to be careful on how he speaks because that can be an ADA issue. My father could have had an episode. He did not apologize for his tone. So I pay for my stuff and my dad ate his ice cream and we left. The owner could of been nicer about the issues in stead of yelling and being rude! Do not recommend for disabled people unless the owner approaches people better.
