Giant on concord pike, north wilmington is one of the best stores to shop. The pharmacy manager is one of the most helpful and kind people I have ever met. Love Charmaine don’t lose her Giant!

I come to this giant all the time and never brought beef when I finally decided to when I opened the package up the beef was packaged to look good but was fully black on the bottom ? never again !

Just ok. Expensive compared to down the street. Always clean and reasonably maneuverable aisles . Fresh produce.Caution: worlds most corporate centric self checkout. They have not considered you at all when setting up. Other stores self checkout is a breeze. Giant choose to harass every self checkout customer while failing to stop theft. Cut the weighted packing area garbage and let me scan as fast as I can. Always, always, always a problem needing 'help' from the attendant. I'm expert level checkout operator, I shouldn't need assistance ever. Be prepared for a frustrating experience at times.Hint: cameras on the checkouts. Identify thieves. Alert security to the perpetrators. Let them handle it when thievery takes place. Let the other 99.9% of shoppers do so swiftly and easily

I’d give zero stars if there was an option. I attempted to purchase something from the clearance shelf and when I went to scan at self checkout it wouldn’t scan. I waved over to two attendees apparently working and one came over. I told him it wouldn’t scan and he asked “what’s your question”? He then scanned and told me I should try another scanner and he couldn’t help me. This was inconvenient and in the past the attendant would type a code for clearance items that wouldn’t scan. I was more frustrated with his unprofessionalism and dumb boy attitude. I know the quality of people employed there aren’t the greatest but decent human skills and customer service would be appreciated. I’ll only be back for my prescriptions. The pharmacy department is phenomenal and the only good thing about that store.
Woman with really bad attitude at the customer service counter.I Purchased out of date ( by a month) frozen burgers, wanted another box but noticed all the boxes were expired. I came back and explained that they were all expired and got another brand that was a dollar more but not expired, offered to pay the extra dollar . Employee gets all bent out of shape, like its my fault they are selling expired products. Was at 1:00 pm on October 21stVery indignant employee

This store is extremely expensive compared to a Shop-Rite or, even Food Lion. Shop sales @ Giant Food. You need a store card in order to get the sale prices!
