This restaurant lost all its glory and charm, especially during working days. It is disappointing to say that there is no one to answer phone calls at this restaurant. The employee at the entrance is not welcoming with the customers and outright mentioned that they are understaffed to answer phone calls.

Ordered idly vada combo and the idlys are visibly not fresh. Probably made couple of days back, stored in the fridge/freezer and microwaved before being served. Disappointing for a restaurant with the reputation of Godavari.

We visited this location based on the reviews, and it was definitely worth a try. The crispy garlic naan was excellent, and the malai kofta was equally delicious. The masala dosa was also quite good.
One thing to note: they place bottled water on the tables, but it’s not complimentary—there’s a charge if you open it.
Service was good throughout our visit. We came for dinner, but they also offer a lunch buffet which we’d be interested in trying next time.

I would have take out for Father's Day. I usually am dieting in the summertime. This was supposed to be a treat. The Malai kofta sauce was pure liquid and the soices were non-existent. I've never had a bad meal here before. I was up all night and can't even work today. What happened to godavari?

Great place.
They always deliver with both quality and quantity without sacrificing the taste.
Things to improve would be Chicken noodles. They're way oily. But everything else is great.

I had heard a lot about this place and was excited to try it out. The server was very rude and service was pathetic. The quality of dosa and sambhar were not worth the rudeness of the service staff!

It's been a while visiting Delaware periodically, but constantly looking for a decent restaurant with a good food (specially being home away missing fresh home made food) and been on a mission for truly incredible vegetable dum biryani and salaan, and let me tell you, it's been a journey. So many places just throw some veggies in rice and call it a day. But this? This was a revelation. The biryani was bursting with flavor. Each piece of vegetable, perfectly cooked, absorbed the rich spices and aromatic herbs. The rice was fluffy and fragrant, and the whole dish was a symphony of textures and tastes - and the salaan? Creamy, flavorful, and the perfect complement to the biryani. I would certainly coming back here again! Thanks

“The food here is amazing, but the service is not so much. However, I rated this place 5/5 for the quality of food and the value you get for the price. I have been to a couple of restaurants, but this is my go-to for takeout. Their biryani is hands down the best, and their non-veg appetizers and Indo-Chinese dishes are to die for. If you’re like me—a working professional who doesn’t like to eat out but sometimes doesn’t have time to prepare anything—then you should absolutely order their family pack meals. I order their family boneless biryani once a month, and the quality and quantity of food you get is unreal. I can eat that for at least 5-6 meals. I also don’t mind eating the same thing every day, making it a great value for families. Additionally, they include a non-veg appetizer and a dessert complimentary with their family meals. I almost feel like I should keep this secret to myself, but give them a try—you won’t be disappointed.

I ordered biryani on a weekday and was given plain rice mixed with chicken. It didn't taste like biryani at all. It was also low on salt. I have noticed that this restaurant is missing consistency.
