Goodfellas Steaks & Subs

I hate to give this place a bad review but maybe they can fix it if I do.. I go here for the panzorrotti because its the only place in Delaware I know of to get them. But they are not cooked right!! I dont know what you guys are doing wrong but you should call up a jersey shop and ask! They are not puffy like they should be and there is oil in them when that shouldn't be! I hope you guys fix it because I love them and it's great you guys have them!

I walk in right after they open. Stand at the counter to place an order. Couple minutes goes by with no acknowledgment from employees. Phone rings. Employee walks up answers the phone directly in front of me, takes an order walks back to the kitchen and starts making it. No acknowledgement at all. I Walked out.

Had their version of a Reuben the Henry Hill. Very little of anything except roll. Not great.

They had really good food! However, no body answers the phone. Saturday morning an hour after they’re supposed to be open. Three employees were at the flattop talking and laughing. All three looked at the locked door then, ignored all attempts to even acknowledge they’re an hour past opening. They didn’t even answer the phone! Well, Thank you for confirming Capriotti’s is never rude and they will always answer their phone.

I ordered a cheese steak sandwich
I couldn't figure out the steak, what it was bc it was chopped so fine I am still wondering what kind of meat that was, it was horrible, the cashier goes from taking the dirty money/credit cards without washing his hands to continue to fix your food of course I had to say something
People in these establishments need to wash their hands and not talk over your food bc they are releasing spit particles. I am very particular where I go and the places I do go they look at me and I don't have to ask them to wash their hands. SMH

This is The Henry Hill I just received. Its a slaw sandwich with a sprinkle of meat on the top they should be ashamed NEVER again.

Just had a Boss, with sharp provolone! Stellar. Not really any sit dow. Space, but there is a table for two outside. Diet coke was meh, but these things happen.
