I have 70+ years in and around Philly, so I know what a good cheesesteak looks and tastes like. This is by far the WORST EVER. I suspect the meat was a supermarket freezer case bargain purchase, it was that bad. I Think maybe it had ONE slice of cheese. As you can see in the picture, there is hardly any meat, the ends are totally BARE! Almost $15 for garbage.

Don't order delivery from this store ever. To be clear the in store experience is always good. But Doordash is just plain terrible everytime I use them from grottos.

Got food poisoning, got 2 pizzas and curly steak fry's with a cheese steak stromboli, I only had 1 slice of margarita pizza and 2 slices of the cheese pizza and 2 Fry's, about an hour afterwards I started getting stomach cramps from what I thought was I ate too much but then turned much worse 2 hours later with diarrhea and extreme cramps, my mom threw up what we brought home immediately after eating.Nothing smelled wrong with the food but the cheese pizza had an odd taste for the cheese which I mistook for being zing as it was my first time eating here so I had no control to compare it to.From entering the restaurant I felt it was dirty and run down but still gave it a chance from the ratings. I am never eating here again. I would trust a food truck more than I would this place with my food again.

Overall the pizza itself id give 5 stars. I love grotto pizza, the sweet sauce, and the perfect ratio of cheese to sauce. I'm docking stars due to the service. When we arrived it took a few minutes to be even greeted and sat. Once we sat down service was okay, not super attentive, and we had to wave our server down for drink refills multiple times. Even though the place was empty In addition, while order we chatted with the server about their new Elote pizza and was hyped up. All to find out after we ordered it that they were out of some of the ingredients and couldn't make it. If your trying to sell up a new item, id hope the servers would stay up to date on whether they are able to make it. Overall, we love their pizza but due to overall service we'll probably stick to take out
