I had been out of the area for 18 years and forgot how much I liked their pizza. The plain cheese pizza is still my favorite. The service was great as well. They handled a large group with ease and efficiency.Wheelchair accessibility: Single level and ramps for easy access. Ample space inside to accommodate a wheelchair at the table too

We stopped in one Tuesday evening around 9pm and ordered a couple of subs and a beach fry to go, It took well over 30 minutes before they told us our order was ready and they weren't even busy. The Cheesesteak had no seasoning, no taste, dry and almost cold and the Italian sub was pretty plain and I guess you have to tell them every little thing you want on your subs like mayo or oil and vinegar because they didn't ask us. The best thing from our $40 meal were the cold fries and they didn't even ask if we needed ketchup or anything else. Won't be stopping at this location anytime soon.

I can't thank the staff at Grotto's enough, especially Sabrina! We had a very large party of 30 people who were in town for my fathers funeral. We had not thought about making a reservation. Grotto's was able to accomodate the entire party and everyone left happy!! Thank you Grotto's and thank you Sabrina!

i'm not sure when Grottos changed but they seem to be giving you less food for the same price. ordered a Bakers Choice Pizza which used to come in a large size only. I received a small for the same price as the large. also ordered Chicken tenders. you used to get 6 per order. I got 4 small tenders. 9 bucks for 4 small pieces. at these prices it will be the last time I order from Grottos.

I placed a pickup order with the manager on duty. When I went to pick it up he never had entered it so I had to wait 30 minutes. When I got home my order was missing salad dressing for my salad. After spending $75 on food he offered me a $25 giftcard. When my husband went to use it, there was no money actually on it. I will never eat here again. Terrible management and customer service.

Waitess was nice but didnt vist the table to check and see if we needed anything during our meal. They stopped the popcorn they used to give to the table while you waited for your food. The main reason we stopped, We wanted a Santa Fe pizza and they made it seasonal so we decided to try something else which was a bad idea, Wings were not desirable, they were extremely greasy. The Stromboli was tiny and burnt. The spinach and artichoke had a yellow cheese that ruined the taste. We will not be returning.

Pizza is way over priced as well as the rest of their food items. Go to the pizza shops on Concord Pike with better deals. That's another problem they don't even have deals. You'll get way more for way less elsewhere.

Run down and to cut cost they have eliminated the stuff for children . Why this is a family affair kids love balloons and fun stuff menu and kids cups . Did you save that much ?? Sorry huge disappointment.
