So I recently visited the restaurant on Saturday, November 23 and the service was horrible. They gave us the wrong food and on top of that they charge me for the value menu if you want turkey they don’t tell you it’s a two dollar up charge so our meals went from being seven dollars to be nine dollars no problem we paid it on top of that. I took the people in cash. My mail was 5948 a day later they charge me an extra $15 making my statement almost $80 for three people to eat $80 and I said what is going on somebody gave their self almost a $20 tip after I already tipped them in cash. I will not be back and I will be reporting this to my credit card company.

While I suspect they were short handed, everything was great. The waiter worked multiple but kept up with all tasks.

I'm definitely giving this place 0 stars because of the terrible service. I went with a group of people and we ordered. They said they didn't have fried eggs. We ordered crepes, and they said they didn't have the batter to make them. We peeked into the kitchen to ask for something because there were only two employees, one in the kitchen and a waitress, and they had a plate full of crepes. After we saw them, they came to bring us the crepes we ordered. When they brought us the bill, they said they didn't have paper to give us a receipt and that we should just pay like that. They didn't give us any receipt, and when they gave us change, they took it from the kitchen instead of the register. Either they're stealing from the restaurant, or something strange is going on at this place.

This has to be a joke or an attempt to draw a false advertising lawsuit. Ordered a shortstack of their Coffee Cake pancakes to-go and this was what I opened when I got back home. I've never seen anything that's strayed so far from what was advertised. IHOP needs to close this franchisee, they're an absolute embarrassment for the brand.

This location has fallen way off from what it was in past years. My last 2 visits will definitely be my last ever. I stood in the waiting area for about 15 minutes as staff walked by me like I wasn't there. The doordash driver said good luck getting service, we laughed together for a bit and after not seeing anyone again for a while I left. What makes it bad is the restaurant was pretty empty.

I have both dined in and ordered takeout at this restaurant. Breakfast is my favorite meal good, so IHOP is a natural choice for me. Unfortunately, the quality of the food and service at this location has steadily declined over the past several years. Recently I ordered breakfast for my son and myself to pickup. Not only did the food take over 90 minutes to be ready (even though the app told me it was ready for pickup in less than 30 minutes) but the food was also well below par. They forgot my son's dipping sauce for his chicken strips. They forgot the holandais sauce on my eggs Benedict and my eggs were cooked hard as a rock. This has been the worst in a string of negative experiences at this location. For myself, I will never again be wasting my money at this IHOP location. Do not recommend.

Ordered food online
Didn't even get half of it and when I tried to call the store like the app instructed (yes they are open and should be able to answer) I got sent straight to voice mail and now I won't be able to even get my money back or even have the other part of my order so thanks for nothing
Lady at the front was rude when my party arrived. The server was trying thier best. Took a long time to get our food and some items were missing until it was time to pay and leave. Worst part charged twice and now have to wait to get it fixed.
Update: got in touch with the general manager. Was supposed to get a refund for the extra charge. Never happened. When asked to come and show him the receipt wasn't there on the day I was told to come in and was told by staff he doesn't work that day.

came in towards the end of the day after a long truck drive day. they place was dirty .They quickly cleaned the table after sitting me at a dirty table that still had food and stuff on it. It took a long time for the food to come out and was not even warm. Left right after it came and didn't even touch the food. Waitress tried to make me pay for it even after I told her i was unsatisfied and just wanted to leave, since i didn't order a drink or eat the food since it was cold and nasty looking

Had the worst dining experience of my life at this IHOP. It took our server half an hour to get to our table to greet us and when he did our food took an hour to come out because he forgot to put it in. A lot of other customers seemed unhappy and like they were waiting way too long.

I picked up an order, which was not ready. IHOP continously take online orders, but unable to fill them in a reasonable time frame. They need to stop taking online orders if customers are forced to wait an half an hour or more for the order. IHOP needs to better train their cooking staff. This is ridiculous 😒

This place is absolutely horrific and there is a manager by the name of Korey that likes confrontation. The food was the worst I’ve ever had, jail food is better.
