Never again. You’re supposed to be open at 6 a.m then you open the door and say 7 now it’s 7:00 an employee comes out and says the manager isn’t ready for people to come in. So i guess you expected people to work in cars or stay outside. Nope not me. We went straight to Brandywine Diner. Great food, cleaner establishment and the prices was just around the same as IFLOP.

My family stopped by with our 2 year old grand daughter. The service was great. Bry had waited on us she was whipping around there like a little robot she was seating and taking orders. Doing it all by herself. They need to hire more staff. In my opinion, if they had a manager he/she should have been out there helping. Never seen one. Please let Bry know how much my family appreciated everything she did and we enjoyed our experience with her. Kuddos for hiring her. She most definitely works well under pressure. She's the BEST.

First, I’d like the state before this last visit I loved going to this ihop location on 202 but this last visit was a nightmare, I was skeptical to stay once I was seated due to the dirty floors and tables not being cleaned I had to say something to the waiter who apologized and began cleaning the second thing to happen was was looking through the menu picked something only to be told they were out of it so I chose something else and to no surprise the waiter came back to say they were out of that as well the final straw was to be told sorry we are under new management at that point for me it was time to leave. I’m not happy at all with this experience especially after emailing the company and them asked for my number and after giving it I’ve still yet to hear anything explains a lot from my experience I believe this location needs to change hands or CLOSE!! as a known name restaurant and over the years my go to for breakfast I will not be returning.

My daughter and I visited this IHOP on Friday Jan 24, 2025 it was the worst experience ever and still is a nightmare to deal with. The server was walking around with gloves on touching and contaminating everything, she handled the food, drinks, register, cleaning off the table and never changed her gloves. When I asked the manager Skyler why she was doing that he said it’s because it’s equivalent to a persons touching things with their bare hands and I told him that’s not true, gloves are disposable because they’re for single use, The server Jasmine disappeared for a long period of time, with no one covering her tables. The hostess was walking back and forth using her cellphone, and seemed to be annoyed by the customer asking her for assistance. Jasmine spilled Juice on my table and just left it there, the manager Skyler bought out my cold pancakes that weren’t good and I barely ate half of them, he noticed the juice that Jasmine spilled and he came back to clean it up. The kitchen staff were hollering/ arguing in the kitchen and we could hear them. The facility was freezing, The silverware was dirty, we requested plastic wear, The kitchen staff that you could see through the window of the doors were wearing gloves, I wonder how long they wear the gloves for before changing them. I had also placed a to go order at the table with the hostess, I then asked Jasmine the service once she reappeared for the status she lied and was rude. Then I went to the front after 45 minutes to ask another sever and the hostess lied, so I requested a full refund because that was ridiculous to wait for that food all of that time and my experience was terrible. Skyler only claimed that he was refunding me for my to go order, which as of today 1/30/2025 I still haven’t received. I called their customer care line 3 times, and still No Refund. Not to Mention that I was sick From Friday Evening up to Wednesday with diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, headaches and dizziness. This was the only outside establishment that I had food from. They are in there cross contaminating food and practicing poor hygiene and health. Just Terrible but I thank God that my daughter wasn’t sick. I want my money back. This is ridiculous.

I was alone, going to post a breakfast video to my YouTube channel. Ordered...got coffee...half hour later, nothing came out. Waitress apologized 10 more minutes go by, I'm diabetic gotta eat..I stopped the waitress and canceled my order, she had to get the manager, he FINALLY appears takes me to the back of restaurant to cancel BUT STILL CHARGED ME FOR THE LOUSY CUP OF COFFEE!! Really..🤔 will NOT go again EVER!!!

I did a doordash from here. When I arrived, I was told that the order was still being prepared. I waited over 20 minutes for the order. I was told over and over again that it wouldn't be too much longer. Then they told me that they had served the pancakes for the order to another customer in the restaurant so the order has to be remade. I waited for 20+ minutes for a single order of pancakes. I've never made pancakes in my life and I could've made them quicker.

Went here with my wife and friend today. We were waiting at the front desk for someone to bring us to a table for about 10 minutes. Took about 10 minutes for the server to come and 15 minutes for our drinks. It also took 40 minutes for our food to come out. There was a literal child probably 10 years old or so going back to the kitchen and also brought a plate of our food out. Silverware wasn’t very clean. My wife’s pancake was harder than a rock. The cold brew coffee was disgusting. I went to another iHop in Glen Mills a month ago and it was impeccable. However that one seemed to be closed today. Lastly, there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. I believe there were only 4 tables that were being used.

Apparently it was an employees birthday so all the staff gathered in the kitchen and were extremely loud and physical. I guess throwing cake on each other but sounded like they were fighting. Very unprofessional!

Waited 20 minutes with a party of 3 and no one came to take our order. We were the only ones that got seated when we walked in and all the other tables around us had their food.

I had to delete my last review as tonight’s review will be much more worse than my first review
Took over 30 mins to be seated as no servers were in the front, you could hear Far too much arguing in the restaurant. The manager was by far unprofessional to a few customers and was nodding off in the office. I waited almost an hour for my food and it was over cooked as it was burnt.
I paid and left and I will not be returning especially finding out that my favorite cook no longer works for ihop due to being mistreated by the staff and most of all the manager and under paid.

Will was an amazing server he got us what we asked for very quickly. The food was delicious, managers checked in with us frequently and i will definitely be coming here again.
