The server was great and very attentive. It was a perfect place for us to meet as a family and enjoy a meal together for Easter. I have to say the pecan and walnut crusted apple pie was outstanding.
I asked for no tartar sauce or pickles. It came with...tartar sauce and pickles. Server was very inattentive. Did not feel very welcome.
Service was very good, and of course, Iron Hills beer is always great. We both had half-racks of baby back ribs. Both were falling-off-the-bone well cooked, but apparently this had been done ahead, then refrigerated, then reheated for service. My ribs were about room temp.; my husband's were actually still cold in the middle. Additionally, I had broccolini that had been barely steamed and needed a sharp knife to cut it. That and the broccolini was cold too. Iron Hill needs a supervising chef to get the cooks to pay attention to details. Again, service was wonderful.
We dined mainly on salads which were absolutely delicious. Both salads had protein added, which was very tender. Our server was wonderful and very attentive.
The beer was skunked and the pizza gave me food poisoning. Don't go here unless you want to spend two days in your bathroom
Terrible place Run by Terrible people Children are not really able to go there but if you are pregnant you are welcome to just don’t tell them your political views. Awful place.
Terrible place run by terrible people
This location and the Main St one were always my "go to" spots during college. It was expensive for a broke college student but well worth it if you had the money. My most recent visit, I had the worst seasonal cheesecake. With every bite, all I tasted was salt and no sweetness whatsoever. I don't know if it was meant to be this way but I couldn't finish it. I'll still go back for the warm inviting atmosphere it has been known for all these years. I just won't order the cheesecake.
The most average restaurant ever. Food is average, beer is average, service is average. Only thing above average is the calories per meal and the prices. they were out of the two types of beer that I wanted. Overall unimpressed. I think this is what happens to a good restaurant when they grow too big.
Thoroughly enjoyed my experience at The Iron Hill Brewery. Food was great, server was lovely and patient and even though I'm not a beer drinker, I do try their special beer (this time Pumpkin) when I go and it is delicious.

Now, this rating is only for this particular visit... because I love this place normally. Last night my spouse and I ordered takeout, spiced ribeye and the cheesesteak egg rolls, all of which I've ordered before. The steak comes with this corn relish, which I asked to remove. And also asked for medium temp. It was pick up and they said 20 mins so we ordered, took a walk on the boards and came back in 15 where the food had just come out. Awesome! Got home, which was 3 mins away, and there was corn relish everywhere and my steak was well done! When I took it back, the woman who placed my order was mortified but (I'm guessing) the person who had something to do with cooking, came out to explain residual cooking ? with little empathy and while interrupting me wherever I tried to speak. Told her I'm aware of that but a steak as thin as the one they gave me (for $32 I might add) was well before it went in the container. Fast forward to me receiving the 2nd steak... it was over as well. And I checked it before I left. But it was a thicker steak so I just let it go. Any other steak I've gotten from Iron Hill has been perfect (takeout or delivery). So whoever is the steak chef on Saturday nights needs to more training. And IRON HILL... never send someone out to explain why the screw up happened... just re-fire the order and make it perfect. The customer doesn't need your excuses or shotty explanations!!!!
Varied menu that everyone found something that they liked. Service was prompt and friendly. Sat outside on a beautiful day with nice view of the river. Couldn't be much better!
Iron Hill: You guys rock. You have almost single-handedly made the Cristiana River what it is today. There were the visionaries that started the process, but you made it happen. Thank you Brittany Haley and Jacob.
Nice location along the river, good beer selection but the food is terrible. I ordered the French Dip sandwich which was bland! Meat was cold and the dipping juice was just warm. Very disappointing!
Great beer, food and bartender Monday at noon.
