It wasn't a good experience. They said they were closing early, and mentioned that it hadn't been a good day. I questioned if there was anything on the menu that was not available. Was told hamburger, but everything I proceeded to order I was told they didn't have. That was so frustrating. The food was just okay but we were only able to order basics breakfast and chicken and fries. I'm hoping this was just an off day. May try again for a better experience.aà

I walked in and was greeted appropriately. I tried the Grilled Salmon egg and cheese and the French toast egg and cheese that was recommended.. Food took as long as one would expect with it being made to order and was every bit of amazing. Staff was personable as well.

Loved this place. Placed my order over the phone and received a text msg when it was ready. Reasonable prices! We ordered the triple 3- pancakes, bacon and eggs and fish and grits. Everything was hot fresh and delicious! Black owned business with great service and amazing food. Will definitely be back!

Got salmon and grits. The grits had not a pinch of salt and it was not creamy at all. The salmon was dry with barely any taste. It was a No for me.

Excellent food! Very close to the train station. Very clean, very nice people. The shrimp and grits were wonderful, fish and grits excellent as well as creamed chipped beef. Definitely give this spot a try we are so glad we did!

I've fallen in love. As a Southerner living on the East coast now I miss food like this from home. Do yourself a favor and go have a plate here. The Grits are divine and the fish is great. Go.

The experience was nothing short of dope! My mom and I came here all the way from Jersey and it was well worth the trip

We have been standing around waiting at the food truck which is at Cedar Lane Elementary School for 40 minutes now just for 2 orders of French fries. One would think there are 50 people in front of us who ordered. This is ridiculous!!! If you can’t handle the small crowd then you need more help! I and many other people waiting for their food are definitely NOT HAPPY!!! I would not recommend this establishment!!! The worse this is they don’t seem to care!!!

Best food I have ever tasted. This business is black owned, has nice staff, & amazing cooks. The food wasn't too expensive, the portions were good, & the food was amazing. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat good food with out paying too much.

I use to love this place and their food however for the past few months it’s been hit or miss with the food (more miss than hits, yet I keep giving them another chance ) , placing orders over the phone have been difficult and some days they’re closed when the hours on line says they should be open. Today I called 3x with no answer then my husband called, got no answer then called again while walking into the restaurant while one female employee was sitting at the counter (next to the phone, no customers inside the restaurant ) as she’s watching the phone ring my husband walks up to the counter, he then says “ so you’re not going to answer that?” She replied “ well it’s private and I don’t answer private calls because of bill collectors “ ( it’s a business not your personal cellphone) he then says “ but my wife just called and her number isn’t blocked” she says “ what’s her number?” He says the last four digits, she looks and says “ oh.” He still places the order because again we love their food and supporting but I wonder if the owners know how their business is being ran because they’re definitely missing out on money and I’m sure loosing customers because their employees don’t want to work. Now my food just got here, I ordered salmon sliders and I feel like I wasted my money yet again it’s a 4/10 ..fried hard and the oil used isn’t clean. Disappointed and I’m over Jerry Deens at this point.
