If seafood is what you want Joe's is where it's at. Great atmosphere and decor. Food was good and fast. Quality seafood at affordable price. Servers are also very good. Overall a very positive visit. I've been to 2 other Joe's Crab Shack and have had similar experiences. Family friendly. Casual attire. This place also has a playground so that's a plus if you have kids. Their steamed buckets are excellent. The only disappointment is that my stomach is too small. I really want 2 entree.

Loved it! I've been to joes in different places but this was solid. The food was served fast and it was delicious. Good price for the amount of food. My boyfriend got the shrimp po boy and was super happy with all the shrimp it came with. The garlic broccoli was yummy, fries cooked well, and the coleslaw was crunchy. I love my queen crab legs and they were great! Definitely a casual fun dinner. It's a chain but it was still a good time

I haven't been to Joe's in a while, so I decided to go last night and was extremely disappointed. The Category 5 Hurricane comes with a slice of pineapple, slice of orange,and a cherry The waitress brought the drink with all the liquor at the top of the drink and no fruit, when we asked her about it, she said she was really busy but brought the fruit back on a plate. I ordered the Joe's Classic the plate was cold, not seasoned well, and the shrimp were very small and the crab legs were also. My husband's fish and shrimp were fried super hard, and his plate was cold as well. The staff did not dance at all which is what they're known for. I believe if you're not going to give superb service like you did when you first opened then you should close down.

I'm out of town and we went to this other Restaurant won't mention the name. and was asked if we had a reservation we say no they tell us that they we have and opening at 5:45. We see several open tables, so we decided to sit at the bar. Bartender not friendly food options not too good. So we just have a drink and left, and my friend said lets go to Joe's Crab Shack. Best time in a while we were greet with a smile our waiter was nice and friendly. Customer service in this world has gone down. Thanks LaQuan

Stop in for lunch .Seated right away. Wait staff was excellent. Food was delivered quickly . Many lunch specials to choose from.. We be returning for dinner soon.

I thought all the Joe's crab shack had shut down and then I visited delaware and found this one on my way back to New York. The food is pretty good I enjoyed it and the customer service was excellent. The environment is good place to go have dinner with friends or family or even to go out on a date. If I am ever back in the area I would go again
I'm only giving it 3 stars because the waitress and lady who seated us were both very nice. That was my first and will be my last time there. We ordered a steam pot for two, it had no flavor and literally was a waste of money. My pot had one snow crab cluster and one dungeness crab claw cluster.

I went to @Joe's Crab Shack on Friday. I ordered the Jr Seafood buckets. The oysters and clams were so small I could not taste them. The corn-on-the cob was good. Would not order that again. My brother had the crab cake dinner and he said it was good.

Recently went to Joe’s Crab Shack and tried one of the crab pots. It has been a few years since I came due to the quality of the food and service. We were able to sit immediately and our waitress greeted us quickly but seemed annoyed because she had a few table and it was not crowded. My friends and I ordered salads as an appetizer and the guy from the kitchen brought them out with a smile. We received our food and it was not seasoned well. We had to ask for additional Cajun seasoning. My crab pot featured lobster claws that were a bit chewy, shrimp and one crab cluster. My friend didn’t like her smoked sausage but the corn of the cob was good. I recommend going to of the local crab broil restaurant for a better seafood expierence.

Easily the worst dining experience I ever had. Went with 6 people the food was whatever. Some people were shorted food, meanwhile I had ordered a meal that I enjoyed with ketchup. Asked 3-4 employees if I can get some ketchup. Did not receive ketchup by the end of my meal. Insane how that happens but hey nothing you can do but to not come back.
