The food here is great, but honestly, the food could have been anything and I still would have left happy because of the incredible service I received. I came in on 9/16 around noon, and the young woman at the register gave me some of the most genuine customer service I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I walked in, she smiled and welcomed me with such kindness. While I waited (not even long), she checked in to make sure I was okay and even apologized for the short wait. It wasn’t necessary, but it spoke volumes about her character.

She didn’t just take an order. She made the whole place feel warmer, brighter, and more human. In a world where true customer service is rare, she stood out as someone who genuinely cared. I honestly felt compelled to write this review because of her. That kind of kindness leaves an impression long after the food is gone.

The food, of course, was delicious. But what I’ll remember most from this visit is her. I sincerely hope she knows how much of a difference she makes and how much she’s appreciated. She is the kind of person who will succeed wherever she goes, because she brings light and care into everything she does. I wish I got her name.

We got two hotdogs and two fries for $17. The hotdog was lukewarm and nothing on it. I had to ask for onions after I got it and give it back to them to put onions on it. The fries were okay. It was way overpriced for the quality of the food.

My lady and I were headed to Lunch this past Monday. We decided to try this place out and I'm gonna cut straight to the point. We were totally mad. the chicken was fried extremely hard and had no taste. our onion rings were so hard we couldn't bite them. So my lady went to speak with the cook and tell her about our food and the cook/manager was totally disrespectful to my Lady. She asked us what do we want her to do and my lady said give us a refund and the manager replied "Oh No, we not giving up no refunds. no one else complains. well we did and we left without arguing but the food sucks and management is very unprofessional and un-American. I wouldn't feed it to the homeless

Places like this are going away because of hip trendy new stages. This place has the charm and prices of an old fashioned stop and eat. The food was delicious and made just like I remembered from the 90s. Simple fast and plenty of options. Stop here and just a moment to forget the world.

Didn't know until we got home that EVERY piece of chicken was burnt, dry and hard as a rock. Completely inedible. Took the whole order back the next day for replacement....not even asking for refund. The lady there told us the chicken turns black if it's left out. WTF? Asked for Manager-- was told known were available. The young lady was beyond rude. No refund, no replacement, no apology. Will never go back.

Homemade fries are amazing. Hot dogs are standard size but you're very hungry. You might want to order too. Delicious and affordable.
