Usually the food there is good. I went through the drive through as I Usually do. The service is always great but when I looked at the food it was burnt and the fries were oily and hard and cold. I drove around and went into the restaurant and showed it to the service representative. She apologized and exchanged for a fresh box. The service is good but the food was still sub standard.

The food is always the same! The truth is, nothing that surprises you, the only thing that surprises you is THE BAD TREATMENT OF THEIR EMPLOYEES! The customer service is terrible, I'm serious! I've been there 3 times and the people who serve are very rude (women) to the public! So terrible to eat there. The truth is I went because I like chicken and it's the only one nearby!
