the workers were friendly but the food was overcooked and bland. there were four of us- the porkchops were thin, dry and hard, Everything on the BLT was crunchy- like extra hard crunchy, the chicken on the chicken sandwich-> hard, the turkey/stuffing/gravy was bland and had a weird taste, like a sweet taste. maybe they had an off day but looking at the other reviews it's hit or miss

The menu is large so I thought the food may be subpar. Boy was I wrong! The food was delicious and the portions were large. We even purchased a quart of the beef & barley soup to take home. If you can, request server Uly. He was attentive but not overly so.

Very good food with decent portions at a reasonable price. The dacor is sedate but comfortable. The only draw back for me was the service was slow. However, the staff were very friendly when they did come around. Not bad if you are taking a leisurely meal.
