This was my first time and it won't be my last. The food was delicious, the service was great, and the ambiance was perfect. Whether it's a date night or dinner with friends you can't go wrong with La Fête!

At first I was skeptical of La Fête but the roasted chicken really won me over. It was cooked to perfection and honestly I would go back for the same dish. They also have a huge cocktail selection and if you don’t drink there’s a few non-alcoholic options that were also good. The service felt a little infrequent but it seems like they were extremely busy so not sure if that is the usual. It’s also on the pricier side but again the food makes up for that.

One of the few fine dining places in Wilmington. In general ambience is nice. Absolutely terrible rock music. Loud. Obnoxious. Totally out of the vibe. How does it pair with French cuisine? No idea. Definitely has room for improvement.

I had a 8pm reservation and still waited 5-10 min before we were seated. The place was packed and still had people even at 10pm. The atmosphere was nice and lively. There was a mix of older and younger crowds.

The gnocchi was so incredibly delicious. It was like biting into little clouds. The salmon rilletss were good and so were the prawns. Definitely up to the standard of a place like that. The crepe and the sauce poured all over was so good
My only complaint is that it was just a smidge too loud.

Fantastic experiences and food-we have been twice now The first time we sat at the bar the second time we sat in the restaurant. Great service and stellar food both times. The drinks are delicious, the pork entrée, and the beef entrée were both outstanding as were the gnocchi’s and salad. The servers were knowledgeable about the menu and drink offerings. Highly recommend!
Last evening October 29th I had my Birthday Dinner at La Fete Restaurant. I chose the Restaurant because intriguingly my last name is LaFate. The staff were extremely friendly, the food and wine was excellent. I had the pleasure of talking with the Manager Scott. As an Artist and Delaware Business Leaders Hall of Fame Laureate, I highly recommend LA Fete Restaurant

I want to commend La Fêtes staff for the exceptional services provided starting with the servers warm welcoming & guidance throughout the culinary experience, to the chef's hands-on participation & tableside service, and of course the bartenders specialty drinks. Everyone made our experience memorable.
The french inspired cusine & use of locally grown ingredients definitely took our palates on a flavorful excursion.
We had the Branzino for dinner which was meltingly tender, flaky w/crispy skin. For dessert we indulged in the mint chip ice cream & Rose and Rosé sorbet. Both great options.
Overall highly recommend visiting La Fête for a quality dining experience.

Second time we dined here and , just like the first time, the food, service and ambiance were extraordinary. Reminded us of dining experiences in fine restaurants in NYC. I’ve already made another reservation to treat my best friend for her birthday. The only very very small disappointment was that the runners didn’t know who got what dishes when they brought them to our table. That didn’t happen on our first visit.

My very first, but won’t be my last experience, at La Fete tonight. What a beautiful restaurant. Everything was meticulously put together from the food to the hand-crafted cocktails, and service was so warm and welcoming. Kristen, Karen & Harrison at the bar were so knowledgeable and fun. Every staff member I came into contact with felt like a friend. The owner Alenrry came by to check to see how we were enjoying our experience, The Sommelier Scott, who has more knowledge than I’ve forgotten came by and asked if we had any questions…their passion is palpable. The beef tartare was amazing! If you go, make sure to try it. Truly I can’t wait to go back and try more of the menu. They have figured out how to provide a five star experience without being fussy.
