They really need to do a better job managing the takeout and in-person dining. We waited for an hour for three rolls and two pieces of sashimi before calling it quits and going elsewhere.

Tonight is my last attempt at supporting this restaurant. I ordered a large party platter along with a few extra rolls a few months ago and they all came in soy paper not nori as sushi rolls typically do and just it was a mistake. I have an anaphylactic soy allergy so I wasted about $150. Strike two was when I went to lunch with a coworker, told her about the soy allergy specifically and asked for no tofu in the pad Thai and was told that they don't put tofu in their pad Thai. Well, you guessed it the pad Thai came out with tofu. Tonight i ordered a bunch of rolls and luckily this time I checked before I left. I thought the soy paper was an fluke from a few months ago, but no apparently tonight I was told that was their normal which leads me to strike three. All the chef/specialty rolls were made from soy paper instead of nori and nowhere on the menu does it say they use soy paper and the irony is that when you order online it states that soy paper is $1 extra per roll. Pad Thai and sushi are usually safe foods for me apparently not here so I will not be back. Even without my allergy I would not expect my rolls in soy paper, some of the “rolls” were actually pressed sushi which also was not stated on the menu and for the near $100 it was a ridiculously small portions.

We went on Christmas. Our reservation was for 5:00 pm. At 6:20 we were told to leave because they had a large crowd coming in. We were not offered dessert. The main goal seemed to be for us to leave asap.

Always a great place for lunch with good food, service and reasonable privces.
This place is awesome! We love the friendly staff, the wide array of menu offering including very fresh wild-caught fish, delightful miso and seafood soups. Not to mention, their prices are very reasonable in today's world. These folks know how to get it done right!

First time there, they have mixed Asian dishes on the menu. I ordered Thai Curry with Chicken this time….. I saw people ordering the sushi and Chinese, so I will be back to try those too. Love LOVED the Thai curry. It tasted like the rich umami curry that comes with Roti bread, and had a bunch of crisp vegetables in the curry.
The only thing I would say that’s negative is their Wonton soup broth tasted like hot water…. No flavor to speak of. Next time I will try something else. (Soup came with the lunch special)
