My wife and I had reservations for New Years Eve, which became a fiasco. Others were there prior to us with reservations and waited an hour to be seated. There were plenty of available tables, but it appeared to be a staffing isssue. Tables weren't being cleared and staff were checking people in, seating people, and helping the kitchen staff. There was no organization, and patrons had their names written down instead of using the tablet, which was operational. The person checking people in just left and didn't even check some in. Although she was assisting in the restaurant, you can't just tell someone "you need to wait" and not even ask their name or about their reservation. The manager on duty just walked up to the crowd and asked, "Who's next?" How do you not know who's next to be seated? We were tired of waiting, so we went to the bar and asked if we could sit and order there. We did and ordered immediately. They were out of many menu options, it took about 45 minutes to come out, and it wasn't cooked properly when it did arrive. We sent it back, and it did come out properly afterward. The bartender was the only positive in this experience. She was friendly and explained up front what wasn't available. However, the lack of leadership from management was evident, and the restaurant as a whole wasn't prepared for what was really a light crowd. It also caused us to miss the fireworks because we waited so long to sit and eat. Maybe it's better on normal days, but I still can't recommend it based on my experience.

We were seated at 8:15p for 3. At 9:11 we received one cold appetizer, clam casino. Then 7 min later we received our crab spinach artichoke appetizer that was sitting for a while as you can tell by the crust and NO crab. Not to go on how disappointed we were with no effect or concern regarding our New Years Eve meal. If the place was crowded we would have been more understanding with our expectations. We will never return to the restaurant at Delaware park. Love the casino

We had reservations for 8:30pm. Didn't get seated until 9:15pm with a very unorganized front host station. After finally sitting down we were told they didn't have bread or any of the other specials. Then we were told that it would be an hour before we would even get our food. We were told the chef walked out. So we ended up leaving.

Overall it was a good visit to Racing Legends. Our entrees were very good and well prepared. I had the veal cutlet with pasta; the serving size was well beyond expected with two large pieces of veal. My husband got the Chicken Chesapeake in my opinion it was small. He ended up eating my second cutlet. Our server was very pleasant and kind and did a great job. I do not consider Legends to be fine dining, but I felt like we were in a fine dining establishment.

The food was very good, however, the portions were so small that we left there hungry. Very skimpy on mashed potatoes and green beans. The crab cake was delicious and the Prime Rib was very good although there was quite a bit of fat on it. The prices are outrageous! Definitely should look into the portions that are being served!!

Both of us had steak, Filet and the Strip, cooked to perfection, great flavor. We had not gone to the restaurant in a long time so we thought we would give it a go and was pleasantly surprised. My wife wants to go back very soon.

The Salmon dish was delicious and the presentation was perfect and totally unexpected. It was tiered with the sticky rice on the bottom and the Asian Cole slaw next and topped with delicious salmon.

We actually did not order anything as what we wanted that was on the menu was not available. They should have current menus that go along with what is available. Until I have gone there and actually had a meal that I could base a reputable review on, I will not recommend this restaurant as my review would have no basis of merit.

The food was great and well seasoned! Our server Joie was accommodating. We were allowed to make simple substitutions. The atmosphere was quiet and the wait for our food after ordering was minimal. We went on a Thursday around 4:30 PM and we were the first guests of the evening.

Allowed me to make a reservation for Mother's Day for this restaurant that was not even open on Sundays. I would recommend that they check their agreement with open table and correct it so people aren't in advertently making reservations when they're not even open.

We were here last night for a special occasion, and I'm glad we went. Our total experience was EXCELLENT! The Manager greeted us with a smile and came by occasionally to check on us.Our waitress Jbie Zeglin was such a pure joy to be around. From start to finish, her attention to details and smile kept us also smiling throughout the night. She has a sensor of humor and is a real stable to the restaurant. The food is TOP SHELF and very tasty too.We will definitely because of our service and the devious food last night be back at the restaurant.

1000% not worth the money. Got the filet cooked 'rare' and I had to saw it with the steak knife. Broccoli was gross somehow, whipped potatoes were hard on the outside. BLEH. Not awful tasting but definitely definitely not worth the cost!! Go somewhere else to eat!

My partner and I have been eating here for at least 20 years. We have gotten to know some of the servers by name. We have honestly never had a bad meal there and usually the specials are truly special! I wish they were open seven days a week!

The service and atmosphere were fair, but the food, presentation and decor were good. Located on the second floor of Delaware Park Casino, which has many dining options, but we chose Legends for the quality and escape from the crowd, despite it being more expensive. There's plenty of space and seating with a diverse menu and a bar. It was very cold, but it was quiet and we had a nice booth. My husband and I both had the crab bisque, I had the seared tuna appetizer and baby spinach salad, and he had the oyster appetizer and surf and turf. All our entrees were great and presented creatively. I highly recommend the tuna and look forward to visiting again.

The food definitely wasn't worth the price that we paid. My husband got steak and it was tough and the mashed potatoes were cold and tasted like they were instant. The fried oysters were really good. There is an issue with the escalator inside of Delaware Park and the first booth we were sat in sounded like we were in the middle of a construction zone. It was like being next to a jack hammer and there was a vibration as well. The restaurant could definitely use a good overall in their dining room. We won't be going back.
