Nice place! Felt very homely and welcoming. It's a bit out of the way but a friend took me there to try after he was impressed by it. I had the chipped beef on toast and it hit the spot. I also had a side of scrapple. Most places don't cook scrapple correctly but Libby's did a fine job with it, and that's coming from a guy that lives in scrapple territory! I will say that the potatoes needed salt, but I'd rather have to add salt than deal with having too...

The breakfast sandwich is delicious with butter toasted bread, fresh egg, thick bacon and gooey cheese. We phone in our take out order, and love the delicious coffee with cream & sugar. It’s a true treat on the weekends! I have not dined in, but looks like a clean safe environment.

I’ve always had a good experience at Libby’s. I’ve been eating here for many years. These new owners picked up the ball where the original owner left off and have been working hard ever since to keep the customers happy. They even take plastic now where before it was a cash only business.
