On the evening of 10/24/25 I came in little Caesars to pick up an order and it was extremely busy which I understand but staff were rude. I asked if the order was ready and she told me that if it's not up on the screen than it isn't ready...ok understandable. 40 minutes later I'm still waiting, people who came in after me were getting there orders so finally I ask the lady about the order and she mumbles and walks away. I was livid that I wasted time and money since I had to unassigned myself from the order. Horrible customer service!!!!

Terrible service and no understanding. I ordered delivery and they got my order wrong. When I called them about it I was told the only way to get a refund would be to bring the pizzas back to prove they got the order wrong. I ordered DELIVERY. I said I can send photos or you can send a driver to pick them up and I was told no that won't work. I called customer service, they allowed me to send photos to prove my order was wrong. They denied my refund request even seeing that my order was wrong with photos sent. 3rd bad experience with little Caesars in a year. Won't be ordering from them again.

Worst Caesars I've ever been to. And I've attempted to patronize them multiple times against my better judgement.
1st visit was a 45 minute wait for a 10min pizza. Unfortunately this would be the only visit where I've actually received any food.
4th Attempt/visit no pepperoni, no pretzel pizza, no sausage. Only cheese because apparently their delivery truck didn't arrive.
Final attempt. they can't accept any bills over $20, even when you place a $60 order.
I don't believe there is any active management at this place. Their staff seems to forget, that people frequent Caesars for price #1, and convenience #2. When your buying process is no longer convenient then pricing no longer matters.
The food is not that bad, but they did not have the ingredients needed to actually make the specialty they're advertising because delivery wasn't made. My compliments to the manager, though, for trying their best to make me happy.

This store has to have had one of the worst customer service I have ever seen I was disrespected by the employees and my sister-in-law is allergic to mushrooms and they put mushrooms on my pizza and when I went back to get a refund or a remade pizza I was told that they were closed and would only refund me my pizza and not even try to remake it. I was really disappointed with the service and the lack of respect for the potential allergy issues that they did not care about

If i could give 0 stars I would. We ordered the pretzel pizza & instead of telling us they were out of the cheese that it’s made with, got our whole order totally wrong. When we called to talk to someone about the mix up, there was no accountability, full on disrespect & when asked to speak to a manager got hung up on. When I called back afterwards multiple times I was either sent straight to voicemail or it just kept ringing for the rest of the night. I will never order from this place again.
