I ordered a cheesteak w extra cheese and it was amazing first time. Then I go back a few weeks later because I enjoyed it so much and they didnt put any cheese after asking for extra. I called when I got home and was very professional just wanted a new cheesteak, was willing to go back and show them the original. Manager gave me such a hard time and told me exact words “your gonna get the same god damn thing”. Told me there is nothing they can do, no refund or no new cheesteak. She tried to tell me they put extra cheese I explained to her I had it before and a big difference and was willing to show the proof. I could not believe management could even treat a customer like that and cuss at them. Very unprofessional and I will never step foot in this place again. Absolutely the worst customer service.

Terrible experience!!! We ordered a meat lovers pizza. It came out burnt! I could have dealt with just the crust being burnt but the entire bottom was black. Then the manager said I was complaining so we asked for the check for the 2 beers and salad we ate. Then they said we had to take the pizza and was charging us for it. We didn’t want the pizza since they felt we were complaining. We just wanted to leave. Then the owner came in drunk and said we were the problem and insisted we had to pay for the pizza. We told them we didn’t want the pizza. The owner got loud and told us to leave. Not the place for me! Not even a 1 star!

The pizza was hot and delicious, great service and a great deal. My kids really enjoyed it, we will be back.Kid-friendliness: My kids were offered lollipops when we entered and the staff smiled at them frequently. I wanted to move my car closer and they didn't mind my kids sitting at the table waiting for me.

The bottle of Pinot Noir was reasonably priced ($20) and tasty. Soup was fresh and bread was served warm and tasted like it was just out of the oven. Side salad served with your meal could have been a little "greener". Lettuce was crisp but not much color to it. Ordered a side of sausage and meatballs priced at only $4 that were fantastic!! Rollantini was enough for 2 people and served with a side of spaghetti with homemade sauce. Crab and Shrimp Alfredo....delectable and lots of it. It is family friendly but the 2 toddlers that were there were well-behaved, luckily. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.
Hit or miss....I have to start by defending this place in reply to the 2 posted reviews of mold on bottom of pizza! Its physically impossible to have mold on pizza that's baked in 500 degree oven...Most likely just black from hot oven buring dough...But as 100% Italian, this place needs to clean up its menu and remove stuff it doesn't do well. Don't even have clams and spaghetti on the menu if you're only using canned clams. Most restaurants can get frozen clams in the shell from whole sale restaurant shops. Stick to what you do well if that's just cheesesteaks and Pizza...The Chianti wine was the best thing I had here but its 12.00 a glass ...Pretty pricey for a pizza shop.

Ladies were extremely nice. This was my first time in this pizza shop and the food was great. The pizza was nice and crisp but not so hard it would break your teeth. I will definitely be back and recommend.

the food had mold on it it was old and then when we told them about it they tried to get smart, the service is bad they can't hear very well and the pizza is disgusting I took one bite and saw the mold on it I threw it on the ground so fast this is unbelievable!!

First and last time visiting this “establishment”. Ordered two slices of cheese pizza. Luckily I always examine my food before eating because the pizza had MOLD on the bottom! As soon as I opened the box the pizza smelled weird. I went in to make them aware and of course the lady I spoke with tried to convince me I was mistaken. One other customer who was waiting to order asked to see the pizza and agreed it appeared to be moldy! If you care about your health do NOT eat from here!
