Our party of three was satisfied with our meal and our actual server but the help that bought the food out was rude to say the least. She was addressed politely about her tone and chose not to apologize.

My mother called at 610 asking to be put on waiting list. The person answering phone said to wait so no need to add us. We got there at 610 and they tell us an hour and half wait for party of 6. They should of put us on list. My mother was flying all day to get here and wanted this establishment. Ridiculous that your establishment took a bus load of 40 people and didnt care about the people that actually called and did as they should. Applebee's is where we went. Longhorn never again. Our family is done with the horrible customer service in this regards.
Place is always busy so you may have to wait for a table, especially on the weekends. Food is excellent. Everything is always consistently fresh and hot. Service was exceptional from Debbie last week. We will be returning frequently and requesting her as our server.

Just left there couple of hours ago, my hubby and I was disappointed.
The shrimp didn't taste like shrimp and mine was the coconut shrimp, and it didn't taste really good.The sauce that came with it was like a tartar sauce, really disgusting.The steaks were overcooked and charcoaled and black couldn't even melt in your mouth, the vegetables were hard like a rock.The only thing that was good was the bloom.And onion and the onion soup and my husband will say the salad, really disappointed in that place. We used to eat there a lot. But we decided not to, because it's a lot of money to go outside to eat. And then we decided to go, and it wasn't even dinner, it was burnt or no taste. And it's really sad because it's so expensive to go anywhere.

Whoever is in charge of steaks clearly doesn’t know what they’re doing. I keep getting well-done, rubbery ribeye instead of medium — for the second time. The chef definitely needs better training. I’ll temporarily stop ordering steak at this location.

My son loves their cheeseburgers so we grabbed some take out, ordered his cheeseburger, and the strawberry shortcake, as well as a kids grilled chicken meal with a sweet potato. Little did I know, even with take away they still give you the warm bread. Silly me thought that the cinnamon sugar butter was for the bread not the sweet potato. Turns out it was a great mistake. So piece of advice, when you get the bread, ask for that specific butter.. you'll thank me ☺️.. As for the strawberry shortcake, it obviously didn't come as it looks in the picture, but I forgot to take a picture of it before it was eaten. I don't know how they do it but the cake was extremely moist and the strawberries were super fresh. The only reason why I gave a 2 star rating to the atmosphere is because I have extreme social anxiety and it was an extremely busy night. There were people everywhere, it didn't seem like the staff could get a hold of it, they seemed very flustered and not organized. They could have been short staffed, I don't know, so I don't want to place all the blame. But other than that, it's a great place with great bread. 😜

My go to place has turned into my no go place. Went and sat at the bar like I normally do, was never greeted. Sat for about 5 minutes, someone else sat down and was greeted and serve upon right away. So I figured okay maybe he'll get to me next, nope. Waited another few more minutes and he proceeded to take tbe other guy's order and still have not acknowledge i was there so i just walked out. As I was walking, out, the host say thank you and I said service sucks tonight and she didn't even bother to ask why, went back to looking at her phone. Shows me they just don't care. I usually go there at least 3-4 times per month, not anymore.

I waited on the phone for 31 minutes to place an order. I was able to stop at Panera bread because I decided I didn’t want anything from Langhorne at this point. But, still had to grab hubby’s food. Arrived 23 minutes into the phone wait and asked for a manager and observed the phone lights at the hostess counter and the pickup counters both flashing to indicate calls in queue. Took the manager 8 minutes to come out to see me, I’m not complaining on the 8 minute wait. Phone service is horrible 31 minutes and no one ever picked up!!!!

Have not been here in a while, this location was Good. Food was good and the servers were good. I had the chopped steak and my husband had the ribeye steak 😋
